Pizza was horrible and both of us got food poisoning from it. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting around on a warmer for hours when it arrived. We ordered a pan pizza for an extra dollar and received hand tossed. Also, what is up with the crust to topping ratio? Cheese breadsticks had little cheese on them and what was there was soo burnt it was better to just tear it off. Avoid this location, obviously the workers don’t care about their customers.

Delivery driver was amazing. But the pizza sucked. We ordered the big dinner box with wings and the pizza was more crust than anything else. Even ordered super supreme and seemed like a regular supreme. Definitely need to do better

Decided to try the new tavern style pizza and was disappointed. It’s just a thin crust pizza with a different name. Hardly had any sauce or cheese on it and I even ordered extra cheese. The crust also tasted stale, old and just a very dry pizza.

Ordered a pizza and it looked like the driver dropped it or took a sharp turn and smushed it all to one side. Called them and all the manager said was that it would be 30 minutes to get a new one and demanded the old one back. She didn’t seem to care. Never using this place again. A picture is attached for anybody that wants to know what kind of service this place offers.

I smelled the burned pizza as soon as they handed it to us. But I was hungry so I ate some because when I called, the phone rang and rang and rang and nobody answered. Currently, have a HORRIBLE stomach ache. The messed up part? It was my Pizza Hut reward pizza. LoL

Very disappointed with this visit. They charge so much for a stuffed crust pizza and yet the actual pizza is paper thin and crunchy. Just awful. I remember it in the past having nice thick crust and lots of toppings. But not this time. I ordered it with tomatoes bacon chicken and onion. Barely any chicken and onions and they failed to put the tomatoes and bacon on it. I guess we shouldn’t have trusted them to make it right and we should have looked while we were at the store. I am very disappointed in the quality of their product especially with how much they charge for a pizza. It would have been 18.99 if they didn’t have the half off deal today. I’m just sticking with papa John’s from now on and little ceasers. What a waste of money!! 🙁 it’s a shame the stuffed crust pizza use to be so good! Now it’s just embarrassing.

This is the worst pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Took 2 hours to get our food to us,and I’m pregnant! This is totally unacceptable . On top of that,another guy tried to get his pizza with his kids and his food wasn’t even on the board yet. Another guy wanted a refund and they refused to give it to him,along with another guy that ordered $75 worth of food. HIGHLY recommend NOT to come to this location. We have it on video too of everyone that was waiting on their food and for how long their wait was. They also were supposed to give me cheese sticks with the order and these look like over cooked cheese sticks,or mixed with regular bread sticks

Pizza is never done. Twice now have received pizza from this store, dough not completely cooked through limp and doughy.. Waste of money .. I won’t be ordering from the Seneca St Pizza Hut any more.
