On 01/15/26 @ 9p.m my wife & I usually have a good experience here. However it’s usually during the day shift. It wasnt crowded at all & the serving employee had the NASTIEST ATTITUDE. I didn’t get his name but he’s about 5’4″ white with a mustache. I asked if they gave military discounts. His face got twisted as he said no. I asked if there was a SENIOR discount. Same face. I asked him to ask the Mgr. He came back with the same answer. Just as we were about to ring out the Mgr. came up front to so other work. So I asked her if they had a military discount. She assured me that they did, and said he NEVER asked her about it. I wish he understood the FREEDOM that he has to give me that attitude wasn’t free at all.
Military men & women have died just for him to have the PRIVILEGE do treat me that way.!!!!

i just left here. i was a regular customer because usually the people are nice and when I order online, they leave sweet messages on my bag but today the lady behind the register was so passive, aggressive and rude. while a different lady was making my bowl, I wasn’t sure the name of The meat that I wanted, so I just pointed at it (not in a rude way ofcourse) and then she like yelled the name of the meat to me from the register, I already felt like that was a little unnecessary, but I brushed it off. I paid for my food and went to go sit down to eat it. my bowl was really soupy this time and usually that never happens so I went back up to the register and asked if I could get more rice, and then that lady said “why? we already gave you a good portion” i was just like taken aback. then she asked me if i was willing to pay three dollars for the extra rice and I would’ve paid it but because she was just so rude I just took my food and left. I will never ever eat at this location again. i wish i had gotten her name

Food is always good and bowls are loaded when you ask for extra in the app, but they never, ever remember to give you the items you ask for “on the side” in the app. Multiple orders and I have never been given a single on the side item. I’ve learned that I need to check and then ask before I leave and then they have no problem giving it to you, but I don’t know why they can’t get it right the first time.

Called the store politely just to see if I could get a refund because I was a little confused and needed help ,woman answered and was so rude,hung the phone while I was talking, told me to figure it out etc. all I wanted was a little bit of help. This store definitely needs to work on there employees attitude respectfully.

They served me something rotten or contaminated and I got food poisoning. Pretty sure the corn salsa or the beans. Some of the black and pinto beans i had were hard. If you like to throw up and vomit all night. This is your place. I will never return.

I will not return I had lunch at this place today the brown rice was absolutely cold they have all the toppings on heating dispensers but the hot rice is at the bottom of the dispensers scoop the rice from the bottom my rice was not even lukewarm it was cold I talk to the customer service lady she stated that all toppings for the rice bowls are fresh everyday ! that may very well be true but when you pile the rice on top of the heating dispensers the rice on top is cold I will not return horrible! heat your rice in the microwave before serving it to your customer. I give this place a one star * also stock your condiment area with napkins because there were none!!!!!!
