I ordered hand tossed crust and what I received was definitely thin crust with very little toppings, no flavor and it was cold. The crust was dry and tasted stale.
Idk if it’s this location or the company in general but my pizza taste horrible. I’ve never been disappointed with them before until now.

My husband and I stopped in after not being to a Pizza Hut in quite some time. We weren’t sure what to expect, but gave it a shot.
We were next door due to an issue with our truck.
We had our dog with us and we were super hungry so we went in and spoke with Mark at the front.
No joke, Mark was amazing! I don’t like stringy cheese so my husband got a pizza and Mark made some awesome recommendations for me personally. He was so on point he even asked if the seasoning would be to my liking, and it was so perfect! Here I thought I was just gonna get some bread sticks and he totally sold us on the veggie pasta. He was kind to our dog and was very respectful and able to relate to us.
I gotta say It was the best part of our long day. We felt relaxed and didn’t wait too long at all.
We had such a hard time and car trouble isnt fun. We really enjoyed our food and we will come back again.
Other employees were on it with keeping the “hut” clean and made my order exactly how Mark had described. Mark made sure they understood and didn’t put shredded cheese on my pasta and hooked up the veggies.
Very knowledgeable and helpful crew you guys have over there!

Honesty Best policy
I’m writing this so that these places can stop allowing log bearded and even all employees to not wear beard nets or hair nets. I spent 30.00 on their dinner boxes and even paid extra for crusts and wings just to find nasty hair in my food. This is so disgusting and it is avoidable. These places need to bring back proper hygiene practices as I work too hard for my money to be spending all that to just throw food out because someone’s little curly hair is in my food. Come on! The service here already stinks and to now add this. Surely yall can do better.

Employee was rude and not helpfull placed order in at 3:40pm on mobile app and was told ok the at at 4:09 it was done show up at 4:20/4:25 and wasn’t told till 4:40 my order was lost. Red head lady working the counter was rude telling me she was doing 3 different task like if thats my problem. Didn’t offer to fix it just to give me a credit. Then ignored me till i had enough and walked out, horrible experience especially on superbowl Sunday. Will never go here or take my business here.

In July 2025 I had a FLY baked into my pizza. I reported it. They never replied. I contacted corporate and they had the location contact me. They refused to refund me and wanted to offer me a $20 credit but would not put it on my Pizza Hut account. I asked as I was moving out of state to have it posted to my account. I opened a dispute with the bank and could not get a refund either. This is not the first issue I have had with this location. I am glad I moved away.

My last two orders were not to satisfaction. The first one was missing toppings that I paid for. And the second one I informed the operator of the last incident and asked if we could get extra toppings on this order, she stated that she would put a note in, but it wasn’t a guarantee. So I placed my order in hopes that I would get a pizza with all the toppings that I paid for but once again, I received the pizza and it was very very light in toppings. I’m talking one olive per slice bacon was nonexistent and it’s disappointing because the quality of the pizza itself is amazing, delicious but the fact that there is no toppings and you pay for them and they’re not cheap is quite disappointing. In fact makes you wanna go elsewhere. I hope that this can change because my family and I do in fact, love the pizza. PS wings were also pretty dry.

This new pizza is the bomb! Very delicious! The wings were good but the lemon pepper wings were not that great. The lemon pepper wings were shook in the seasoning but the seasoning did not adhere to the chicken very well. The cashier had a bad attitude but I am giving a 5 star because the pizza rocked! It exceeded all of my expectations!

After making a call in, I took my time getting there for the pick up. When I arrived I was told it would be ready in two minutes. They the employee came out and said that the pasta wasn’t seen on the order so it would be a few minutes more. I waited in their lobby for 10 minutes. This is after a 7 minute drive to there location.

Last two orders I made, either something was missing or not what I had ordered. My last order, I purchased a 12 piece buffalo chicken wing. The wings came cold, plain and very dry.

They forgot my wings last order and promised a $15 credit on my next order instead of delivering my wings since they were busy. Just went to place my next order and no credit. Spoke with the manager and he was rude and basically said I was out of luck after talking over me and interrupting. I order all the time and I’ll never be back. Buy elsewhere I won’t be spending my money where it’s not appreciated
