I have been a very loyal Starbucks company for years but I will never go back after today. One of their customers assaulted me after they were blocking the roadway this morning and i honked at them to move since they were in the fire lane. The guy got out of his car and start hitting my car and if I didn’t end up backing up and going around cars parked I could be badly hurt now. This should have never happened!

Worse experience ever…… asked for mocha cookie crumble. The syrup was all the way at the bottom, I kindly asked for it to be remade… when I got back it was made but the barrista placed sea salt on the bottom of the coffee…… very unprofessional and horrible face for the company….. went back inside asked for it to be remade and confronted the barrista, she didnt apologize after she knew she got cought….. her is ISA. THE assistant manager handled it perfect… no complaints there… but everything horrible…..

“Bacon, Gouda, and Egg sandwich” . Its less than half a strip of bacon. And its in a mini bun, something smaller than the biscuits you get at KFC. And its 6 dollars. My wifes caramel frap is so bland it might as well be plain milk.

Disorganization is obvious as you walk in. It is clear the manager sets the tone as well. Absolutely no urgency from any part. Waited ages for a crunch frappe, was about to ask for a refund when I finally received it and it was pure milk. Will not be coming back.

I was treated very nasty by the manager at the drive thru. Refusing service after employee gave me a receipt and I put it back on her side of the counter. I was asked to leave, saying I threw the receipt back at the employee, something that’s not true.
I asked for my refund and she continued her nasty behavior.

When I attempted to purchase banana bread, I discovered the presence of flies and other insects within the product, likely due to an open storage door. This situation indicates a lack of effective management and poses significant health and safety risks.

I’ve been to this Starbucks many times. I’ve ordered inside and through the drive-thru and every time I always get excellent service.
The stories I was organized and clean decorated very nicely. from all the times I’ve been my order has always been done correctly.
Just now while I was paying the cashier went ahead and made conversation with me. He was attentive and friendly.

What really makes this Starbucks ♀️ the ONE is their absolutely awesome service lead by Stef and Gaby! Yes, they are the best of the best out there! ♀️ taking care of every detail, and making sure the drinks are crafted to your own taste!
Also, a big shout out to the rest of the team, that also makes a great job in offering the best customer service!
I adventured this time with a recipe I saw online White Chocolate Decaf Nutella recipe: try it out:
– Decaf Espresso ☕️
– one pump of white chocolate
– one pump of hazelnut
– a splash of half and half
– side almond milk
– side of white macadamia chocolate foam
It’s a try of a healthier version of the white chocolate classic version!

Nice Starbucks, big and it has a drive-thru. A lot of emplyees working so they will take care of you quickly. Plenty of parking throughout the shopping center lot. Staff was friendly and store was clean. Coffee and bagels are my favorite.

I visited this location two days ago and ordered a chocolate cream protein cold brew and an everything bagel. I was surprised to see an additional charge of $1.24 for cream cheese. Since when is cream cheese an extra charge? If I’m ordering a bagel, cream cheese has always been included, and I have never been charged for it before. This policy makes no sense, and I’m very disappointed by the change.
