In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. No sauce on my slices, literally walked in to order face to face and they forgot to put SAUCE on my pizza. Literally had to dig the cheese off other slices to make sure I wasn’t crazy and yup no sauce lol… If common sense was common, Lord I tell you.

I order from Jet’s regularly and it’s always delivered fast and fresh. Today the delivery guy brought the wrong pop. I explained to him thay it really wasn’t a big deal and that they could just credit my account. Instead of taking my advice, he drove all the way back to the store and brought me the right one. It’s because of this kind of service that I will always choose Jet’s.

I ordered a large meat lovers Pizza, cheesy bread, anto pasto salad. The pizza was overdone and hard. The salad was sloppily put together. The banana peppers were not cut at all the salad had all these stocks and stems that is not salad that’s filling, very disappointed. The cheesy bread was hard and very little cheese it was all done. And if didn’t get my ranch that I paid for! I should demand a refund ,I was not satisfied with this meal. Jets is high quality sadly to say this location doesn’t care I am not coming back to this location everybody was nice but your quality of food is disgusting I might dispute the charge cuz I am not happy at all. DO BETTER!!!

The absolute best Jets Pizza I’ve been to. The staff is very polite and even offered to carry my order to my car for me. I’m guessing he watched how I walked in with a limp in the store along with the Army veteran hat I had on and realized I was a disabled veteran. To the person that left the one star review did you have to stand for 30 minutes waiting for your order? I know I sat on a very comfortable seat along with my wife and there was still room for two more people. I can absolutely guarantee that you didn’t. You would have written that in your review if you did.
