Very disappointed ordered NY style pizza , light sauce with spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni and beef. Ended up with regular crust pizza that looked like they put a smaller ring and extra sauce could hardly see the cheese. I have not ordered from them for almost 2 hrs because quality has went to hell at this store. Gave the another chance and I must say I am DONE with Papa John’s it’s a total waste of money. SMH

The upper management had no control over the the establishment. Some workers were horse-playing with each other while the other few were actually trying trying to complete order. I ordered a BbQ grilled chicken pizza & observed the guy mushing what looked like chicken nuggets on my pizza which was completely covered by onions. I normally grab food on my lunch break but decided to wait until I got off. Never again!

Rude service. Guy working was to busy talking on the phone than doing his job. Was told 7-8 minutes and waited an hour. Pizza had been sitting for a hour. Come to find out he didn’t even put the full order in and had to still make bread sticks. He then threw the boxes on the counter and said i need to drop the attitude. I will never do business with this place again. If hates his job so much he should work elsewhere

If I could give a negative i would. First let me say this, if you know well in advance that you dont have a driver in the morning, Common sense would suggest idk you let the customer know this as soon as possible. Then when your called out about it, you begin to get rude with the customer. Well I can tell ya, you won’t get my money ever again. Ill make sure to let as many people know this establishment is horrible. The person answering the phone (OLIVIA) was very rude and unprofessional. Nothing but a bunch of children working there, but hey I guess it doesnt really matter considering all the poor reviews this place has. Should’ve avoided…………

Orderef a pizza to be delivered. NEVER told it was Doordash, told me it was $18 and some change. The guy gets here and it’s $24.86. AGAIN, Never told me it was Doordash. Then, I called back twice and was put on hold for over 10 minutes before being hung up on both times. Utterly ridiculous. I didn’t have enough to give the poor guy who brought it to me a tip. On top of that MY FOOD WAS FREAKING COLD. Felt bad for the delivery guy. Sorry way to do business by Papa John’s. NEVER AGAIN!!!?

I am a loyal Papa Johns customer but this had to be my worst experience with a Papa Johns.
I placed a delivery order online. When the order arrived one item was wrong even though the tag on the box clearly stated what the item should have been. After a half dozen phone calls and almost two hours they finally delivered the correct item. I may have been understanding but after almost an hour and a half they lied and said the item had been delivered to the front desk of the hotel I was at. The item was not there and when I called back they lied again several times before another person got on the phone and apologized and finally got the item sent out and delivered. Horrible Customer Service at this location

I get it’s nothing special it’s just pizza but the employees don’t seem to care at all about what they’re doing and how they do it. The quality is non-existent and the customer service is even worse save your money and go somewhere else. I will say the manager Bobbie tries but it’s just not working at this store!

Very disappointed in the lack of parm garlic butter on my “garlic” bread sticks. Breadsticks so dry you can see the flour on it still…
Also not pleased with the sauce distribution on my pizza. All the sauce was near the crust and not through out the pizza. Bummer.

I ordered two pepperoni pizzas. One of the pizzas had no sauce and sausage/olives hidden under the cheese. The lobby with dirty and had Papa John’s unopened mail laying on the floor. One of the employees seemed intoxicated. My order is always wrong when I go to this location so I’m avoiding it from now on.

Horrible experience this past time. Ordered three pizzas for delivery. One was undercooked. One was uncut. Paid for extra sauces and they were omitted (this is the second time in a row this has happened). Absolutely last time I order from here. For the exorbitant delivery fee and tips and considering the majority of the time something is wrong, it is no longer worth it.
