I have eaten there twice now. The portions of food and the quality are excellent. The Kung Pao Chicken is a taste of heaven. If you need a boost of happiness for your day this is the place. Happy workers making delicious food to increase your gross happiness ☺️

Where do I start… I chose this restaurant for lunch without checking the menu or reviews, simply because their sign claimed to be ‘one of the best places’ or something along those lines.
I ordered the spicy noodle soup, and honestly, it tasted like squeezing a dirty wet rag into a bowl. The second dish was no better the food was soggy, and the flavor was something I wouldn’t even feed to my dog.
As you can see in the photo, I asked for the check, paid, and left the food right where it was.

I have ordered egg drop soup from them & liked it. The other night I paid too much for Mongolian beef & shrimp with vegetables. Beef tasted old, like it was sitting around for too long and the shrimp was very fishy tasting. If Shrimp taste fishy, that means its not fresh. I stopped eating it for fear of food poisoning. The only things I liked was the steamed rice and eggroll. Going forward my purchases will be limited to soup.

The food was not that bad but their service is the worst service I’ve ever had. I came into Panda restaurant with my husband to order food from Chef’s dinners list. But the lady who works there made us so confused, saying that I need to order two numbers of food from the menu to put them in one plate for one person only. It was not written in the menu. Moreover, because her explanation was too confusing for us who hungry already, she brought a plate from their kitchen to make us understand. My husband was not patient enough for the lady’s bad attitude and he canceled to order because kesabarannya setipis tissue. She only gave one little plate for us in the beginning before I asked her to gave me another plate. She pissed him off.

Got food sickness with my Husband last night from ordering Family dinner for delivery, food was bland and egg drop soup tasted like water, me and my husband both got sick within mins of each other, from both sides and we both knew it was from the Chinese food. Would not recommended, definitely got food poisoning from here. Photos from leftovers glad we didn’t eat the whole dinner. $80 dollar dinner, then both get severely sick at the same time….

The best Chinese food restaurant in Anchorage! There are many Chinese food restaurants, but this one has been around for a long time. That means the owner and staff know what they’re doing.
If you have dinner in the restaurant then I suggest having a Tsingtao beer with your meal. If you have a choice, go spicy because it’s not too spicy; there are only 3-5 small red peppers to add flavor.
If you order online, which is very easy then you should expect 30-45 minutes provided there is no road maintenance to slow the delivery driver.
Every time I visit the staff is very polite.
If I could request one thing it would be that a dessert is added to the menu. Having a birthday party here is boring because there is no dessert.

Better than some Chinese restaurants, I liked that the sweet & sour chicken pieces were actual sliced chicken & not those little chunks that are mostly batter at other places. I ordered delivery & they called & said it would be 45min-1hour, arrived in about half an hour. But the tempura vegetables I ordered were put into the styrofoam container way to quickly after they were fried & some pieces were stuck into the melted styrofoam & the containers of sauce that came with it were melted & spilled into the container. I just know now, tempura is best eaten in the restaurant! I did not get a picture of the chicken unfortunately, it was the best part.

Across the street from Nordstrom Rack, not to be confused with Panda Express, Panda Chinese Restaurant is a little family restaurant that cooks delicious Chinese food. The best in Anchorage. Come hungry, this is a must try. You’ll be coming back for more. Promise.

Ordered a family dinner last night, and food was bland, Me and my wife both shared the meal and this morning both of us sick, throwing up, as well on the south side… definitely got food poisoning, we both got sick the within mins of each other at the same time so we knew it was from this restaurant. Would not recommend this place, both of us got really sick l stomach wise and in the morning. Photos from next morning, didn’t eat much but got super sick spent $79 dollars on dinner just to lose a days at work
