The meatloaf sandwich should seriously get this truck a Michelin star! If it hasn’t won an award yet, it should. I hereby nominate it for Best Sandwich in Asheville! Also, don’t sleep on the banana pudding!

One of the best food trucks in Asheville! Delicious comfort meals, great service, and reasonable prices. I would trade my first born child for the Pork Pimento Melt. The owners also fed our entire neighborhood after Hurricane Helene – good food served up by good people! You love to see it. Go eat!
