My burger was under cooked. and when I tried to bring it back I guess the manager was trying to find where it was pink at because she was looking at it for a little while like she couldn’t see it. but they gave me another burger. I don’t even eat at wendys like that, but I definitely will not be back.

The food was okay. This order was to go. I ordered the number 1 combo with a cheddar and bacon baked potato. I asked for extra butter and sour cream. Due to the penny shortage I carry extra pennies. The order change 87 cents, I gave the worker two pennies, that way she could give me back 15 cents. She gave me back 12 cents , and told me she was out of nickels. I know it sounds pretty, but I said I ‘ll wait. Wendy’s got more money than I do and I waited for my change. The cashier didn’t make any attempts to get my correct change so I asked about checking another register. I got the managers attention and she went into another register and gave me the nickel. I gave her back the two pennies. The restaurant was busy. Though it doesn’t sound like much it is. If Wendy’s takes pennies from all of their customers, think of their profits. Nor did I get the extra butter or sour cream.

11/28 @ 1027 pm employee at the drive thru though it was funny to almost spill a whole trade full of drinks into my car because she couldnt contain her attitude tours us, they seemed to have a problem when told her that I had 2 separate orders. Definitely not a customer services person!

The positive of our visit is that the food was made quickly and properly. Everything was as promised, and was like typical fast food.

Negative, however, made me question if I would revisit. Several of the tables were dirty. The employee did not call out the order when it was ready, so you just have to keep an eye on the counter to determine what may be your order. (Ordering is by kiosk only.) The employees were a little loud and were using some foul language. We ate outside, but an employee had a smoke break at the table next to us.

The feud was Wendy’s, and the food was delivered quickly. However, I don’t see myself, frequenting here due to the service and cleanliness.

Wendys fell off, my sandwich is wet in one spot and it had bubbles in one section as if someone spit on it. I did nothing wrong, just gave my order and pulled up. I was also given a hard sandwich not to long ago. I have pictures. This is disgusting behavior.

So we went here and were really hungry. My fiance was waiting for the food and watched one of the people making the food put their hands in boxes ungloved, another with the French fries. Someone was laughing as he demanded a refund. We did get a refund… but if you get sick after eating here its probably bc they didnt glove up or wash their hands. ‍♀️ also on our ticket they put C and no one else had that on their board. Couldn’t even ask our name or anything.

I was surprised to learn that this Wendy’s location does not offer the four for four dollars deal. Instead of outright telling me that it wasn’t offered the drive thru person asked me what would I like for my biggie bag meal. When I corrected to what I asked for she then told me that’s not offered.

However, that’s not the point of this review.

I ordered 3 biggie bag meals I was given a half cooked burger. I checked all three orders and all three burgers were undercooked. Just go to the Wendy’s on the victory boulevard instead. That one still offers the 4 for $4 plus my food has always been cooked.

This location has a self serve kiosk in the dining room for guests to order and pay for their food without speaking to any employees there. It has a credit card skimmer device on it, and whoever installed it try’s to use the card info that they received at the wendys, across the street at the walmart on frederick blvd. I’d bet a manager or employee at Wendys is behind this. BEWARE

Ordered 6 meals. One kids meal had half spicy nuggets (not what was ordered) so wasn’t eaten by the intended person. One meal had 2 nuggets instead of 5. One lemonade had a dirty cup. I thought they were on the outside of the cup, but as we moved it, you could see the stuff move with the lemonade. SUPER GROSS. Fries were all half full. They also completely forgot the milk with the kids’ meal *and* were rude after telling us they were out of cup holders as they handed 5 drinks out the window. You’re out of something? It happens. Being rude about it is completely unnecessary, especially after you messed up half the order and handed out dirty cups. Terrible.

Stopped in for a frosty one evening sat at the menu screen for 5 minutes before even being greeted. Finally got to order and ordered a large chocolate frosty and a caramel crunch for my wife. When we finally got to the window we were told that they were out of chocolate, why not mention that when we ordered. The cashier copped an attitude because we cancelled our order.

Not to mention there was not a single exterior light on in the parking lot or on the building at about 8 o’clock/830
