I come here 3 times a week during my commute at 11-12am. There are conveniently 2 intercoms to drive thru, but the line moves SO slow with very few customers? I don’t know if they are short staffed ALWAYS but the wait isn’t worth being late to work every night, have to find one maybe in Mt view, this one is near Home Depot, maybe I’ll try the one off University, this is one is detrimental to my commute from San Jose.
I came back on way to night shift on 2/8/26 around 11:15pm, night before was packed, this time empty, pulled up (in a rush) just before someone not so much in a rush. There are 2 intercoms, I was ignored, while 2nd car was helped? I drove to window to order myself. I asked the big girl why was I ignored, she began YELLING (out of guilt) that’s she’s tired of telling me why she has to ignore me? I apologized and thanked her…….food took a while…….and I’ve been in the bathroom at work all night, never, ever again

Manger was terrible. I told the employee three times my order and still got it wrong. Called the manager over and started talking bad about me in Spanish. I understood everything they said I told the manger I don’t want the food for free I know I have to pay I just want my order correct. He just told me to get back I. Line after waiting 16 min

This McDonald’s location LOCKS there restrooms. I didn’t have the chance to ask why, I just went to the Starbucks across the street and ended up buying my food afterwards. Very weird. First McDonald’s I’ve been to that locks there restrooms. Sun – 12/28 @ 830am

Just when thru the drive thru and picked up a Fitet-o-fish meal. The buns were so hard and stale I had to throw it out! Very disappointing, now I have to stop at a different restaurant and get something else to eat. I will not be back

OMG it’s a shame to see how disrespectful some employees can be to other employees, just because they are supervisors, on Wednesday around 2:15p.m I hear an employee yelling at another employee and today I was going to buy food before 9 p.m and the same thing happened, and base on clothes it was a so called “supervisor” yelling so disrespectfully at another employee. I left, so UNPROFESSIONAL is that’s why they hired mostly young people? So they can disrespect them? Shame.

Drive through was speedy and pleasant. Order was perfect. I think it is overpriced like everything else… $28 for 2 people and we didn’t get anything special, that’s ridiculous and why I rarely will eat out anymore!
