I almost yelled at the staff for giving me less than half a bucket, but it was an “8 piece” where ever they found these chicken pieces. I’ve seen larger frog legs than these chicken drumsticks.
Glad they were small, I can’t imagine how much more sick we would have gotten if we ate larger pieces.

Staff was super friendly.
Orders were wrong but corrected mostly.
Store was clean and well kept.
I ordered a 2 piece Breast and wing meal. I got 2 thighs, kids and wife ordered chicken tenders 2 of their 3 meals were missing tenders.
Over all not horrible just not great either.

from what I could see management is a joke. she spent whole time I was there yelling at employees who were just doing their jobs. I’ll go back for chicken fried steak but really need to be allowed to substitute stuff can’t stand Cole slaw. in my opinion every corporate person needs to spend at least 3 months working as a regular employee before they come up with asinine policies.

It’s a hit or miss, sometimes you get hit, fresh chicken other times it’s a miss when chicken is old, dried and tasted poor. Best to go inside and see with your own eyes what they are packaging. If you go through the drive thru there’s no telling what you will get. Since living 50 miles to the nearest KFC which is in Litchfield, it’s disappointing when you get the worst of their food & service.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for them to just take our order. None of the employees ever greeted us or acknowledged us standing at the counter. They just kept acting like we weren’t there, and we had to ask them to come to the register. The sign says they close at 10 but 8, and they were shutting down fryers and mopping the floors to close. The chicken was cold, and everything was just poorly put together (better food at the truck stop acrossthe street). The drink fountain was already shut down. Won’t return to this location again. Pictures are at the time we were in there to show how busy they were while making us wait 10 minutes just to order, and how nasty with the drink machine and dirty bucket.

As most now, it is hard to find a KFC anymore in IL. While on a trip with my grandson, he was craving chicken strips. We popped in here off the highway and he got some. They were perfect!

We arrived at 12:30 and ordered 2 meals and an extra side of coleslaw. The seating area was empty and the buffet was filled with cardboard boxes of packaging. There were two people still waiting for food when we got there. We saw a DoorDash driver come in and get food after a long wait as well as an elderly lady. All 4 people received their food before us which prompted us to ask for help. We waited another 5 minutes for someone to come out from the back to help us before getting someone to acknowledge us. When we told him we had not received our food he ran to the back to get someone else. We told her we hadn’t received her food to which she asked if we liked lemon or chocolate!? At least give us our food first. They scrambled to try to get out food together but promptly told us it would take at least another 7 minutes because they didn’t have any biscuits. It is laughable that a place like this could survive in the service industry. What’s even better is the sheer number of signs and postings about this location being a training facility. KFC, if this spot is such a pinnacle of your stores that you feel inclined to use it to train your new staff there, you will be out of business within the year. This is quite frankly the worst restaurant experience I’ve had, period.

1. Store closes at 9 p.m. at 7:53 p.m. lights were off outside. Went through drive-thru was informed they didn’t have any chicken at all, only chicken tenders, didn’t have coffee or any tea. When asked why, was informed “because we close at 9”.
2. Asked to speak to a manager, a maybe 17 year old came to the window, said his name was David, except the girl working called him Drew. Asked what the deal was, told us it was corporate policy.
3. Asked for general managers name or district managers name and or phone number, was told they weren’t allowed to give us that information.
4. Ordered 5 strip meal, and an extra medium mashed potatoes. The chicken tenders and French fries were ice cold, chewy and absolutely disgusting. The mashed potatoes had easily sat there since probably noon, they were horrible.
5. Worst customer service I have seen in a very long time, very disappointing.
6. We won’t be back.
7. Neither employee had name tags on, asked them why, said it was their choice to wear them.

Let’s see where do we start.
First I called to see if their lobby was open. Was told it was not. No big deal right? Wrong. I ordered thru door dash for pickup as I am a truck driver and don’t have a car to go thru the drive thru. I get to the store to find out in fact the lobby was open and I was lied to.
Second and last because this KCF isn’t worth my time. I asked for no sauce it even says it on the receipt and they in fact gave me every sauce they had. This I didn’t realize till I got back to my truck. So congratulations you just wasted all that money on the sauce you bought that got thrown away. Customer service is a joke. The food was absolutely horrible cold and not fresh. Will never be back here.
