Definitely an incredibly delicious experience as well as the customer service! This restaurant is under new ownership and their menu is to die for! I go every week and try something new. You have to try the Pho Soup with the beef rib and get an extra one just for the full satisfaction…

Food is spectacular. The Pho is as good as any I’ve had (and that’s a lot!).
Restaurant seems to be understaffed. The service is mediocre at best. The waitress didn’t come back to the table after she delivered my entree. So I paid $3.95 for one glass of iced tea.
But don’t let the poor service dissuade you from trying their broth. It’s worth the garbage service.

Went here for the first time as I am from Kansas. Not bad. The portion was good sized. They have a wide variety on the menu. My food was fine and service was good. Will give this place another try if I am in midland again. The pork egg rolls were not good to me but the shrimp ones my kids enjoyed. Spring rolls were good.

Business really makes you want to do the opposite of the name and hate pho.
Food was okay, but the service was terrible. Waited 1hr for my meal. Received water after 50 minutes. Witnessed 12 other patrons come in after and receive their food before I did.
Also watch out for the door!

I entered the establishment and waited for 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Upon arrival, I noticed my family and another gentleman seated. After placing our orders, it became apparent that they were training a new staff member. The manager, who was overseeing the training, took a moment to explain a menu item. A regular customer arrived, and despite our prior wait, the server attending to the trainee promptly served them first. Our drinks arrived shortly after theirs. I politely expressed gratitude but decided to cancel our order, as this experience left me feeling disrespected. It’s a reminder not to judge based on appearances and to treat everyone with fairness and respect.

First time coming here and the food was amazing. I was immediately greeted and attended at my table. The waitress was very patient as I looked over the menu. My food arrived within 5 minutes and I’ll definitely be visiting again to try more dishes.

Horrible service!!! And I got sick…. I’m posting and here is what happend I asked for the number 7 which is a plate of grilled chicken rice rice vegetables and a fried egg a Friday I’m allergic to tomato sauce for there to be no tomato and I asked for the egg to be extra fried because I don’t like the yoke or if they couldn’t do that I gave him option just give me egg whites here is what they brought me they brought me drainy eggs running all over my plate and tomato and tomato I’m extremely allergic to tomato so some of the tomato gotten on my food As you can see on the picture I ask for another plate put the rice cucumbers grilled chicken And that’s what I ate I asked her to redo the eggs eggs there is 2 Hispanic waitresses which threw a fit almost bullying me and told me that they couldn’t do anything because the cooks didn’t speak any English and that if I wanted I could go ahead and call the owner and tell them and tell them to hire staff that spoke English no help whatsoever finally convinced them to do my eggs can my eggs came back with one egg and there’s a picture of the yolk where they gave me 1 egg seriously this is the 2nd time might come here the 1st time was a horrible experience On my to go order and I tried them for the 2nd time today and it was horrible also the 2 waitresses are the same as one from last time… why are people like this is was one simple thing and thay both came to my table and attacked me horrible service
