We asked for burgers fresh off the grill. They were ready in less than 30 seconds. I told the clerk that I requested off the broiler and she told me they were. I asked for no cheese, they gave me cheese and the burgers were lukewarm, which is why I asked for “off the broiler”. I will avoid this location for now!

It takes about 3 minutes to cook fresh fries!! Who says that it’s okay to recook French fries especially how high these prices are. Just because your ready to lock the doors 10 minutes early dos not mean you should serve your customer old food. Re frying ANYTHING Should be a No No!! Completely pissed!

Ordered in the drive through and was asked to pull around and park to wait, which I don’t mind. The guy(not wearing a mask) bringing it out came up to the passenger window while I wasn’t wearing a mask. When I tried to wave him around to the driver who was already wearing a mask and he stood there longer than necessary glaring at me. When I got home the bread on my burger had mold and it seemed like they had tried to squish it so I wouldn’t see. They exchanged it when we went back but based on reviews and the service I don’t trust that they didn’t grab the bun from the same moldy pallet. There didn’t seem to be a single manager in store. I’ve avoided this location for about two years after a bunch of previous poor experiences. Decided to give them another shot today to see if there was any improvement.
Nope.
Ordered ahead so it would be ready and I would not have to wait for my food. Nope. I still got the “please pull around and park and wait five or ten minutes”. Makes their metric at the window look good, as if they’d served the order quickly, but it doesn’t make for a happy customer.
Missing an item from the order. Shocker… the shake machine was being cleaned. They offered an item substitution with half the value of what I paid, so essentially pocketing a couple bucks difference. To the employee’s credit she did add a second sub item when I pointed out the price difference, to equal the original value – but that shouldn’t even be necessary. If an item can’t be filled, you either refund it, or you offer a choice of a higher value item for the inconvenience. Customer service 101.
Guess it’s gonna be at least a few more years before I try again. At least they’re consistent; you can always count on subpar service. It’s a shame that the chicken fries are freaking delicious, when it’s just not worth the aggravation to get ’em.

The worst service I ever received the restaurant is completely empty employees are seated in dining room when I entered no one got up to assist me I stood there for almost 3 minutes before someone helped me I asked for my order to be corrected they took the burgers they gave me unwrapped them added pickles and then put them in the MICROWAVE! With lettuce and Mayo on them rewrapped them and gave them back! I only gave one star because that’s the only way I could leave a review horrible place I will never come back to this location

Ordered a double cheeseburger with no bun (and other items) in the drive thru. Staff took care of it easily and didn’t make me feel weird about it at all. I even got a crown to wear while they made my meal fresh! Thank you 🙂

Arrived to pick up my to go order at the scheduled time. Workers were sitting down in lobby. My ticket hadn’t even been pulled from the printer. I had to wait an extra 15mins for my order. No apology no nothing.
