I have had a lot of bad experiences with restaurants, but this one makes the top 10. I got the chicken strips, and they were undercooked. I witnessed an employee giving the ‘tude to a customer, about 3 times. Also, it took forever for my friends food, which he got barely nothing and got his food third, waited for about an hour while other people got their food before him. We were at the Farmington location..I honestly would NOT recommend unless you’re gonna give the same “respect” back. Teach your employees and yourself (the MANAGER) how to be respectful. That would be more appropriate and appreciated.

The restaurant is cleaner but, they are out of Cheese Curds, ketchup packets, tea, and cole slaw. Maybe more, but that is what we asked for. No discount for not having the foods we wanted.

Would have to say the most nasty burger i have ever had. The entire bottom bun was soaked in grease and falling apart. Hardest thing i have tried to stomach since i drove over the road. I Couldn’t even finish the burger. Absolutely went down hill in the past two years

The place is nasty. Bathrooms were disgusting and the food was garbage. The 2 orders of onion rings we ordered were burnt and it looked like the burgers were put together by a monkey. The soda was totally flat. The cook had an attitude when asked to make more onion rings by the cashier. I won’t be visiting A&W in Farmington again and neither will my family or anyone I know

This place is horrible. Went there before the movies. The girl behind the counter seemed as if we were bothering her when we came in. Spent well over $50.00. The whole floor seemed to be covered with something slick, almost fell. Not many people inside, garbage cans over flowing, some tables had food that people left on them, because they couldn’t be put into the garbage cans, these tables had ants all over them.

Very good fish like always just a couple small complaints. The tartar sauce was better when it was in the pump instead of the packets that you have now. It had a better flavor in the pump. And the 2nd complaint is that we was one of the first customers of the day and it was so hot in there we was sweating. It should of been nice and cool seeing it was the middle of the day in the middle if the summer. 3rd thing is the size of the fish seemed to be thinner than it use to be. Although it still had the same great taste it lacked in size.

Root beer is fantastic! Food is not gourmet, but tastes pretty good and fills you up! The overall atmosphere is amazing, with murals on almost every wall, and the boots designed as different boats! (With names!!!) The experience isn’t quite like anything else here in Farmington! I hope everyone else has such a great experience as I did!!
