Nice little neighborhood Pizzaria in the heart of the Whitestone Village. The old fashioned Sicilian is very good and something I never seen before. Crust was crispy with sesame seeds on the bottom. I am a fan of sesame seeds they give the pizza a unique taste. Overall score for the old fashioned is 7.8/10.

This is a great pizza joint that has been around for decades. It is related to Mario’s Pizzeria in Corona, there is an interesting story with that.
It is located in the heart of Whitestone Village. Parking can be tough as it is metered street parking. But you can always find a spot down the block.
The place was redone a few years ago and still looks good. At that time the menu increased to keep up with the demands of the customers.
I read some of these 1 star reviews and I don’t know what place they are talking about.
If you want good pizza, this is the spot to go to. Everytime I come back to my hometown, I always come here.

The new owner who recently bought freddys lied to me and told me he did not change anything ive come to find out from his workers that they played with the sauce and made it cheaper theyve changed many other things and this place is on a down fall im not the type to come on here and complain but ive came here two times recently and threw this garbage out ive been coming here since im a young kid what a way to ruin an incredible spot!

Cheese calzone is must try. Especially dipped with marinara sauce. Chicken calzone was good, regular slice/pie was okay and the grandma was a little sweet for me. It felt like a candy pizza. The service took a long time to receive my order. It’s a local spot where everyone knows your name. Would definitely pass by again.
