We ordered pizza at 4:43 and the receipt said our order would be ready between 5:09 and 5:14 . My wife went up to pick up the order and arrived at 5:19. She let me know that the order wasn’t ready and they were really backed up with only two guys working. She said that the guy behind the counter told her a half an hour maybe more. So she waited and waited.

While there, my wife witnessed a man asking the manager to explain what  “it’s going to be a while” meant, but the manager had no explanation and said, “it will be a while. That’s all” Rude and dismissively. By that time 2 more employees had shown up and the orders seemed to start coming out of the kitchen faster.

We received our order at 5:48, which was 34 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and the quality seemed lacking. The pizzas were still soft and doughy, the dough between the pizza and the crust was so thin the crust just fell off. The pizza bites were cold and seemed like they’d been sitting for a while. Some were squished and they all looked rough.
The only reason I putting a review on Google is because I’ve filled out the contact us forms twice and the only correspondence from the company is a request to fill out a survey on their handling of the issue. Of course I said no, that the only contact I’ve had with them is a survey request to tell them how well they did.
Epoch failure, based on my experience I’m not sure they even care about customers service.

Don’t waist your time at this location. There is nothing hot or ready. I was told it would be 30m for my order and its been over 45m. When I mentioned the time by saying, “I was told 30.” At the time I mentioend things, it was already a 40+ minute wait. Tama’s caught an attitude by saying, “Yeah, I told you 35m+, amd proceeded to roll his eyes.” Might as well get better tasting pizza with these wait times and unprofessional customer service. Also, the hot and ready pizzas were burnt.

I get it, it’s new years and your busy. I get that it’s gonna take a while. Two hours for a pre-ordered online set of pizzas? Some other people even longer? I saw employees with hands in pockets, and zero sense of urgency to “get the job done”. I also had what I think was the manager tell me himself that he wouldn’t even wait for this crap. I saw prepared pizzas, with stickers (including mine) sitting there. Zero communication with a waiting room full of people. How hard would it be to say , “hey everyone we have orders ready, let me know who your orders are under and let’s see if they are yours”. 13 dollars for two “warm and ready” pizzas , not terrible. Kids love it, but adults beware of the time frame, and the lack of urgency or empathy towards your wait time. I don’t like scathing bad reviews and I think I was very generous with my ratings. On a good note, I made some fun conversations with the other waiting partons for a couple of hours.

Worst PLACE to order from, I ordered at 7:57 it’s 9:54 and I still have received my food. The customer service sucks, nothing is EVER not and ready and they don’t even answer the phone. save yourself the money and frustration.

This is the 2nd time I get a raw deep dish pizza. The dough is not cooked. My pick up time was from 7:22-7:27. I didn’t receive my order until 7:50 and that’s because I went to ask about my order. Just to get home and my kids start eating and I realized that the pizza is not even cooked from the inside. Dough was raw! Now my children are having stomach issues. I will be contacting corporations.

3 strikes and I am out! 1 no pizza created, 2 hr plus time to prepare and actually didn’t pickup the 3rd strike as I went to pizza zone for great pizza to feed my fam. Not sure what happened to this place, but I recommend a change in management. Sorry to say the quick pizza pickup is no longer an option on at least Thursday here.

Ignore the negative reviews! I had been craving their deep dish pizza for a while, but the negative reviews deterred me from ordering. I couldn’t contain my craving anymore and took a risk and I’m glad I did. It was just as good as I remembered and cooked to perfection! I ordered it around 6:30 PM on a Friday, so I don’t know if that makes a difference. They did forget the extra sauce I paid for, but refunded the difference. Give them a try again, it is worth it!

I’m going to order another one in a few minutes and see if 2nd time is a charm.

I am extremely dissatisfied. On Thursday January 16, 2026 we submitted an online order at 8:30PM. When we get to the restaurant at 8:50, the manager told us the order will take between 45 min – 1hr. We told him to cancel the order and he told cannot do it, that we need to call business office. He insisted cannot cancel the order from the store. Off course business office was closed. Then about 10 min after that we left the restaurant, the system notified my order was ready. Why he told us 1hr? Later we found out the manager has the availability to do a return or cancel the order. So we ended not having the food, and we lost our money. Will never return to this location.

This store is a joke. The mgr had doors closed because they were behind on orders. Completely understandable and was kindly waiting. Two door washers in front of me picking up. One didn’t speak English very well so she showed her phone. Thomas so called manager says loudly for all to hear “please speak English so I can assist you”. I have NEVER seen such disrespect and am appalled.
