I got takeout and ate it in the car, and it was the best lunch I’ve had in months. I did the brisket plate which came with a side and a piece of bread. SO good. I am literally obsessed. I need to try the sauce next time! Don’t be surprised if you see me here once a week or more! It is a little expensive, but it’s worth it IMO.

BEST RIBS
I am only a delivery driver. While I was waiting for the order they gave me a free rib and honestly it was the best rib I’ve ever eaten and I have ribs at least 5 times a year off a grill. The seasoning is just Devine and I assume they make their own BBQ sauce. Amazing. They gave it to me out of kindness and obviously to show me how good they are. They succeeded. I will be ordering for my family from here. Bless. And the guys there were so kind!

10/10 – Absolutely delicious, got the family meal with pulled pork, brisket and pastrami. So so so good. The beans were wonderfully Smokey. The meat was tender. The sauces were just wonderful. Can’t wait for the full restaurant space to be built out and to be able to eat some tasty southern bbq with a beer.

Really solid BBQ. Got the pastrami sandwich and the brisket plate. Both were super tasty, especially with the addition of their different sauces. I see others commenting at the prices, but I think that’s silly when it comes to bbq. This isn’t McDonald’s. Someone has to tend to that piece of meat on a smoker for hours at the time. I’m happy to pay for that labor of love. Will definitely be back.

I’ve ordered from here quite a few times. I love the pulled pork sandwich. I keep making the mistake of not getting enough bbq sauce but their sauces are delicious. It’s a cool little place with a nice table setup outside but I’ve only ever gotten takeout. Every sandwich comes with a bag of chips.

Second time here and really disappointing. Probably won’t return. $17 for a brisket sandwich … literally 2 small buns and chopped brisket, no sauce, no slaw, the side is chips and a canned soda. Pretty ridiculous prices if you ask me. The meat was alright. Also got 3 tiny tacos for $12, very skimpy portion and not much in terms of vegetables or garnish. After tax and tip I’m out $40 bucks and still hungry. Overpriced. Go across the street, Goldies will take better care of you.

We drive from Fairview just to get some of this BBQ.
The 3 meat platter is a wonderful deal, absolutely packed with meat. They don’t skimp on portions, and I’ve been coming nearly once a week since I discovered this place a little while back.
The barbecue beans are what I talk about most, and just crave. Super tender and flavorful ribs too that don’t need sauce! Neither does their pulled pork, brisket or pastrami. Their sauces are amazing though, I like the mustard and original/sweet whatever it’s called. The spicy one isn’t for me but it’s got great flavor.
This is one of those satisfying barbecue places that makes you want to take a heavenly nap afterwards.

I stopped here because I was super hungry and running late for a dinner. Probably shouldn’t have. While their smoked brisket was really delicious, $18 for a small amount of it (and nothing else) between buns the size of a school cafeteria burger and a small bag of chips isn’t a particularly good bargain. And their entree prices aren’t enticing enough that I would want to try them again.

I just spent $16 on 2 tiny containers of mac & cheese and “gumbo”. I have had gumbo and this is not it… Mac & cheese tasted like it was from the bottom of the container 🙁 very bland & soggy. The gumbo is not at all what I expected taste-wise, visually unappealing. Will not be returning. That is a lot of money for a tiny amount of food that doesn’t taste good. 🙁 You could get away with those prices if it was better quality. I’m truly disappointed in my experience here.

I ordered the Pulled Pork sandwich tonight. The staff was pretty short tempered when ordering. The only thing that I got warm was the coke. Real faint hint of flavor. No slaw, or tea offered. Strange not offering this since this is a staple where I grew up in the South.
