We had a really good lunch at this location. It is different than other Pizza Hut’s. The food here is brought quickly and hot. The staff is very friendly and professional. They make us feel welcomed everyrime we visit. Juan and Mary were our servers and they get 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I recommend this location to everyone. Food was delicious

Carry out order, while I waited the Store Manager had his staff provided genuine customer service by making me feel at home while I waited on my pizza . The store appeared to be very clean and organized. Great job Pizza Hut. Ohhh….and the pizza was very delicious.

Ordered a pizza over the phone.
Was charge an extra 5 dollars and was told it was a pending charge. Never have I’ve gotten a “pending charge” when paying at the register and the person was not to sure about that charge. Asked for red pepper flakes and did not get them. The workers looked like they did not want to be there. Bad customer service. Not a thank you or thanks for stopping by.

The store manager called me and explained the situation with the the extra charge and clarified it to me. Very professional and apologized about the inconvenience. I really appreciate the call and the fast response of this manager. Definitely would give them a second chance purely on this interaction. Thank you for the fast response.

my order was placed online. I then called the store number and got an operator and they immediately knew my order because of my phone number. I told her clearly I wanted the pie cut. She said OK.
I didn’t get to the restaurant and before the pizza came out I told the girl once again I want it regular pie cut. she said yes

Although the app said “Delivered” I never received anything. After calling customer service, they told me to wait 15 mins to ensure it wasn’t a delay. I waited 20 and called back. They then transferred me to the store and the call was never answered and eventually disconnected. I had to drive 40 mins later at 11:15 pm to the store to talk to someone. Not happy at all. I was not going to give this location more of my wasted time waiting for them to figure this out. I paid for pizza, service fee and tip to eventually go myself.
