The food was outstanding. The shrimp tempura was light and cooked perfectly. The sweet and sour chicken was fantabulous. The cherries in the sauce was a nice surprise. The General Tso’s chicken was very good also, so I was told by my dining companion. The egg fried rice needed nothing additional to help it shine. Customer service was very good also. Nice wait staff. The chefs deserve much praise. We’ll be back.

Attended a wedding dinner her with about 50 guests. It was amazing. The food came out family style on a large rotating glass to server everyone around each table. The food kept coming out. It was so hot and delicious. Everyone helped themselves to as much of each dish as they wanted. It was some of the best Asian food I have had ever. The service was on point and so attentive. The restaurant was clean and well organized. The restrooms were spotless. Parking is in one of the many underground decks including one under the restaurant. There is a fee to park in each garage. (Caution as some parking garages close early and we’re not sure if you can get out after they close. You will need to read the signs carefully!) The restaurant is located on the second floor. There are steps and an elevator to get you there. Everything is handicap accessible. They have a full bar and lots of tables to eat at. They also have an outside patio and garden area.

I was a regular customer here for years. I moved away & returned after 5 years. The overall quality of the service and food has declined significantly. My lomein was cold. My soup was cold. The wait was long. I’m not a complainer so for me to leave a negative review is rare. I’m not sure if the management changed or the chef changed, but in many ways, there has been a decline. I brought friends from out of town & I was embarrassed by the experience. I won’t be coming back. The Tso chicken was acceptable. My guest ended up not eating what they ordered. If you are doing a business lunch, I would recommend going someone else.

Someone recommended us this place but I didn’t like it at all, the food was pretty much plain for what you expected for a Chinese restaurant, the rice had a greasy/eggy after taste, the beef was plain for a Mongolian beef which is usually pretty tasty and the green beans were okay, they were for my kid. I wouldn’t recommended or wouldn’t go back. Sorry! We left almost everything.
We ordered.
Combination fried rice 3/10
Great beans 8/10
Mongolian beef 2/10

Not since the pandemic have we tried Meiwah (!) and the food tonight was so fresh and delicious! We ordered a variety of dishes and each of them were prepared to perfection. The delivery surface was perfect and right on time. And when I called before the order was placed for clarification the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful

I haven’t been here for about 15 years. A fortunate free time brought me here with ample time for lunch on Xmas eve day to a less then half empty restaurant.
I can’t say it was a welcoming atmosphere. My order was tossed onto the table, and part of it was wrong.
There was nothing of outstanding taste in the misu soup, the veg. Dish or the veg. dumplings.
The experience was below mediocre.

Quality of food was good, not excellent. Service was atrocious. Attended as a group of four to celebrate a friend’s 77th birthday. Meiwah is her favorite restaurant. We each travelled 30+ minutes to get here. For a little bit in the beginning we received attention, but literally NO ONE was tending our party with situational awareness of our group’s needs and wants.

Had there been a server taking care of us we would have ordered much more, had drinks and letft a substantial tip. We felt like an afterthought, at one point I had to get up from the table to hunt down staff.

I was not impressed. Be warned.

We went to our friends house for dinner and they ordered Chinese food to be delivered. It was supposed to arrive in one hour, but it took one hour and 30 minutes. The food that was delivered was only 1/2 of the order for which we paid. We called them back and after some disagreement with them, they agreed to send us the rest of the food. It arrived in about 30 minutes. The Kung pow chicken was terrible, other than very spicy there was no flavor. The other food lacked flavor as well.

When I place orders for pick up, everyone gets helped before I do. This includes the people coming in after me. I am a woman of color and it’s incredibly dismissive. I understand there’s lots of delivery drivers but they still need to help people in the order they come in. The food is decent but their service is awful.

Dinner here was fabulous. Great views from floor to ceiling windows and not crowded at all. Our kids come here often and brought us here for the ambiance and what my daughter said was “the best Chinese food we’ve had here so far.” We’ve eaten Chinese food in Hawaii, Germany, California, Nebraska, Virginia, Florida and Barcelona, and we’re picky. Every dish was good, the sauces well-balanced and complex, not formulaic, not heavy. Sweet and Sour Chicken was perfect, crunchy with all white meat. The sauce was spot on. The Tinkling Pork was poured onto a hot cast iron platter so that it sizzled; it was good, with added deep fried dumplings, pork, mushrooms, baby corn, pea pods and carrots. The Hot and Sour Soup tasted perfect. The Chicken Fried Rice was excellent because not only did it taste good but the texture wasn’t wet and you could “taste the fire,” which means it was cooked in a wok over high heat but not burned. The dim sum dumpling filling was more pork than shrimp and tasted like Hawaii-style gau gee filling. There was a dipping sauce made of soy sauce, minced garlic, minced green onion, a few bits of minced fresh ginger, a touch of sugar and a touch of maybe vinegar: I loved it. You have to ask for soy sauce and hot mustard, but when they came these were high quality.

Just as my kids predicted the patrons were quiet families, groups of business people and singles relaxing over a meal with the view.

Our servers (one was the manager, I think) were smiling, attentive and detail oriented. Empty dishes were taken away quickly and unobtrusively. They didn’t talk a lot but that was maybe a language barrier thing; I smiled and they smiled. They were respectful of us and efficient.

The windows were clean, the chairs were clean, they put fresh white paper over the white table cloth, the plates and utensils were clean, and we didn’t see anyone carrying a black dish bin— dishes were taken away by hand. I noticed other reviewers said the place was dirty but I didn’t see that so maybe they’ve responded to the reviews and have improved. Even the white salt and pepper shakers were clean.

For the reasonable prices the ambiance is classier than you’d expect. It’s a jewel of a find.
