I’ve eaten here hundreds of times. I recently went in for a sub and the first person cut my sub roll a little too deep and it was almost in half. I’m not one to complain so I didn’t say anything. Taylor was working and she saw it wasn’t in good shape and got a new roll and fixed it without me asking. It’s nice to see some customer service and quality. Shoutout to Taylor at the Malone store.

I have been coming here ever since they opened, which has been probably 40 years. I was a small child and loved the food then and love it just as much now. The quality is always excellent and I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. I know some people wish a standard sub had more meet but I have always found it to be more than adequate as I never leave hungry or wanting. Jreck subs is a local chain of restaurants with the taste a quality is pretty much the same at each one.

This place has THE BEST subs hands down!!! I have lived in 3 different states and ate at plenty sub shops and this one tops the cake by far. Whenever I visit Malone, Jrecks is my first stop! I also got my fiance hooked on Jrecks subs, he absolutely loves it! How can anyone not!?! Jrecks Subs are pure heaven!!!!!

This is one of the best jrecks there is. The rolls are always great, which is the entire reason jrecks is great. The buffalo chicken and Philly cheese steak is spot on. I recognize a lot of the employees when I go in and it’s nice to see familiar friendly faces each time. The store doesn’t appear to have a lot of employee turnover, so it must be a nice place to work.

I’m the one that did the 3-star review but it was actually suppose to be 4-star, I have edited it.
The atmosphere was great and clean. The female staff were extremely friendly to us which was great as most fast food chains nowadays aren’t. However we got the meatball subs and it got to the point where it was so soggy that we just took it all apart and just ate the meatballs (which were great). My suggestion would be to layer the bottom with cheese slices/lettuce (harder when it’s grated) to try to avoid the sogginess.

We didn’t get a chance to actually spend money here. With the attitude and looks we got from the black girl with pink hair when we arrived, we decided to take our business elsewhere. It was extremely obvious we weren’t welcome at JRecks.
