For it being so knew you would think they would be doing top service that wasn’t the case not only were they a little bit rude I was driving and they didn’t put one of those little green things that keep it from leaking was not provided it was not all the way full. It was quite short, especially since I had ordered an extra shot. It should be if anything a little over full not that far under. And it did not taste like it had the extra shot which is something I drink all the time I order a Venti nonfat no whip mocha double shot hot. Very disappointed especially since it’s the only thing between the freeway and me getting home.

I always order on the mobile app at least 6/7 min before arriving. At all other stores my order is always waiting for me when I drive up but here I can be the only car in the drive thru and they make me wait 7/10 min like if they wait for me to drive up to start on my order and I am a frequent Starbucks customer so this is very annoying to have to wait this long and I am a fan of the matcha latte and at all other locations my drink is mixed well here it always has clumps of the green tea powder and I always have to pour it in another cup to mix it well ☹️
I went back to try it again they made my drinks wrong. The response to my last review was to ask them to re-make my drink so I asked, and the barista argued that matcha clumps up no matter how much it’s mixed I told her at other Starbucks I didn’t have clumps and I also asked for strawberry puree in my other drink but my tea did not have any i mentioned it to her she said “I did put some in but if you want more I will add more” she practically threw my drinks at me and the cups were dripping with the each drink and sticky and I asked if I could have some napkins she gave me one. The barista was not happy with me not nice and definitely not professional let me point out I asked her nicely.

I’ve been to this location twice, and both times were bad experiences. The first time, they made my drink wrong (wrong size and hot instead of iced), and there was only one other customer and no one in the drive thru, so they weren’t busy or anything. The barista looked at me like she didn’t believe me when I told her it wasn’t what I ordered, so I showed her my receipt, and she remade it correctly with contempt. Like, really, ma’am?
This time around, I went to use my birthday treat. When I walked in, the 3 baristas were friendly and greeted me with hellos, so that was nice. Once I redeemed my birthday coupon, their demeanor completely changed. It was weird. I ordered an oat milk matcha latte and it tasted like soybeans. It was the worst matcha I’ve ever had. I didn’t say anything, since it was free, and left. Won’t be going back to this location. One good thing I can say about this place is that it was very clean both times I visited.

I’m a little sad today. I came for my coffee like I usually do every day and ordered my Pike coffee with cream, like every day, and I remembered that today is Red Cup Day and the girl refused to give it to me because she said it didn’t apply to that drink, and I thought it was for all drinks ;(

Went here after a family outing, there were 6 of us who ordered drinks, took 40 minutes & 4 of 6 drinks were completely wrong. I wouldn’t pick Starbucks ever, but if you are a Starbucks fan I’d avoid this location. They prioritize mobile & drive thru orders over people inside.

I come here a lot since it’s the only coffee shop in Lochbuie. But I wil be taking the time to go to the one in Brighton from here on out. Today was the final straw. They always get what I order completely wrong and I get attitude for asking to get it fixed. I used to shut up about my order being wrong, but the last few months I bring it to their attention nicely that my drink is wrong. But even when they remake it it’s still wrong. I always ask for the Blond expresso and they ring me up for the regular one and give me the regular one. Even though I ask to please make sure it’s Blond. At this point I’m over spending my money here Not to mention I also waited 30 minutes in the Drive thru for a drink that was made wrong twice!

Took us 45 minutes to get to the speaker box to order and about 20 minutes to get our order. Workers seemed chaotic and running around in circles. I ordered a gingerbread latte that taste like milk with no other ingredients. My bacon Gouda was solid rock. Probably overcooked. This was an unpleasant visit and a waste of $50.00.

The workers at this location need more training or more staff. Everytime I go to this location the wait is 15-20 min even if there’s one car ahead of me. They also mess up my sandwich more times than not. I go to Starbucks all the time and haven’t had this type of experience at any other location. I understand sometimes the wait can be longer or things get messed up but at this specific location it almost every-time.
