A nice local spot if you craving Italian. The portions are large but not very authentic. The menu is very diverse and covers pizza to pasta dishes. Great for a family night out with the prices.

I placed an order with Italian Touch and requested extra chicken for my Alfredo, paying the additional $4 without issue. I also ordered two chicken bacon ranch wraps for my husband so he could have dinner and lunch the next day. When I received the order, I noticed the Alfredo had very little chicken, certainly not what I would expect for an extra $4 charge. I called to explain that I had ordered extra chicken and that the portion provided did not reflect what I’ve received in the past.
The woman who answered (who I believe was the manager) had me speak directly with the cook, who argued with me rather than addressing the concern. I explained that when I’ve ordered extra chicken before, it was a generous amount mixed into the Alfredo, and that what I received this time did not justify the extra charge. I ended the call and called back to speak with the manager directly, requesting a refund of just the $4 for the extra chicken. She responded by saying she felt I was being “sketchy” and implied I might be trying to scam them, which was extremely upsetting. I’ve been a customer for years and this was the first time I had ever called back with a complaint. She placed me on hold and spoke with the owner, who eventually issued a $4 credit.
Later that evening, my husband started eating one of the chicken bacon ranch wraps and found maybe three very small pieces of chicken in the entire wrap. Between both wraps, there was barely any chicken at all, more bacon and lettuce than anything, with a small slice of tomato. Honestly, there was more chicken in a can of chicken noodle soup than in both wraps combined.
This experience was disappointing, not just because of the lack of chicken, but because of how the situation was handled and the accusation made toward a long-time customer.

Cheesesteak 8/10 Very nice size with a generous portion of meat. Sub roll held up nicely even though it was an exceptionally juicy bite. Fresh jalapeños and tomatoes were on point.
Turkey Sub 5/10 Same nice size but tasted like onion was accidentally put on then took off but the flavor stayed.
Fat Boys 7/10 Basically smaller size strumbolis at a buck an inch its not a bad deal but would probably just get a strumboli instead
Atmosphere Score is really because of the overall shape of the place ceiling in dining room looks like it’s about to fall on your head, and both porches need major renovation.
Overall second time here not sure if we will come back.

As far as restaurants go, this is the little restaurant that tried really hard… but couldn’t.
The first impression was one of dirty. The parking lot is in the rear. The approach to the restaurant takes you past a very dirty back kitchen area. It’s not a great first impression.
The inside of the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The single bathroom was very small but clean.
The service was fast….too fast, actually. As soon as i received my salad, my main course arrived. The bread did not arrive at the table until after the meal began. To make it even worse, two in our party did not receive their meals until others were well into their’s. The food timing was horrible.
What I found repulsive was my waitress picking up my cup, for a refill, with her finger INSIDE my cup. VERY gross.
Also, storing all the restaurant’s dirty dishes are stored in the lobby area, awaiting someone to retrieve them. Really?
My spaghetti was not drained well enough, and the puddle of water on my plate made part of my chicken soggy.
Overall, i think this place survives because there is not much competition, and they can get away with it… for now.

Visited from out of town. Had good reviews. Food was amazing!!!!! Great portions for a really great price. Best cheesesteak I’ve ever had. My husband had the lasagna. Excellent!!!! You need to eat here!!! Service was kind and friendly.

Ordered Cheesesteaks to go on Valentine day. Terrible. Very small amount of meat. Ordered 1 sandwich with provolone and mushroom. No mushrooms or provolone on sandwich. We had the lasagna and manicotti. Both were fantastic. Sauce is spot on! Portions very generous. Every dish we seen at tables around us, looked very good. Waitresses take excellent care of you. We highly recommend.

Called in order yesterday night (Sunday)to pickup, cheese pizza with a 2 liter..paid less than $17 bucks..and gave a $4 dollar tip to the super friendly helpful young man.. I was so impressed with his respectful kind service..and they didn’t have an attitude which I appreciated with picking up food 15 minutes to closing..now as for the cheese pizza . Excellent! Best pizza I’ve eaten in this area .. the dough was really good and was cooked to perfection..I would highly recommend checking them out especially if you’ve not tried them before, you won’t be disappointed and they will definitely be my favorite go-to for pizza here out.. I look forward to trying more on the menu..

The only minor drawbacks to my dining experience are that I will now spend my life aware that my favorite restaurant is located in another state, and the Italian restaurants in my area will likely never measure up. I must admit, I almost wish I had never gone there. The food was the best I have ever tasted, the service was amazing, and the staff worked incredibly hard. Furthermore, the prices were unbeatable for food and sauces made from scratch.
