We almost eat the cutleries…the food was at it’s best, service impeccable, the drinks and atmosphere…nothing to “repair”. They are a beautiful family, with a beautiful history in gastronomy, with lots of love to share for foos. A MUST GO!!!

Great food plus fast service even during busy time.
Don’t let the location (bottom of a large office tower looking right at the central train station ) turn you off. I had an excellent, excellent swordfish with super nice thin spaghetti side dish.
Just what Italian cuisine is supposed to be: excellent food made of a few great ingredients resulting in a great meal.
Seems like it is actually a three-generation family enterprise.

The best Italian restaurant in the area, and the best meal that I had during my time in Rotterdam. The restaurant is easy to miss, but definitely worth visiting. They serve up authentic dishes and the owners are all Italian. Thoroughly enjoyed it, and was planning on going back on a Saturday before heading to the airport but unfortunately they are closed on weekends.

It is the best Italian restaurant in town!!! we live in the same street for three years and we regret it not to come there sooner. I mean seriously, not only the food is super delicious and locally authentic (not your typical Italian franchise with dutch tongue adjusment) but the service very warmly and attentive.
We were with three adults and my 6 years old son whom ate the whole spaghetti bolognese to the last spaghetto. The best for us was the aglio olio, the best I ever had in my life.
We were there for 2,5 hours from our antipasti to main course and the joyful of just talking to each other while enjoying the food and the wine. The portion is big so we dont have enough space for dessert but surely will come there for more and to finally try the dessert. Also an advice, come with empty stomach. They are Italian family with nonna and nonno and their children.
Maybe the location is a blessing in disguise. It is located in the corner of delftste building (do I write that correctly?) So right in the exposure but enough to hide it and give a serene atmosphere where time goes lovely.

This is the worst Italian cuisine we’ve experienced so far , and the house wine was also very disappointing. In fact we barely ate the four dishes that were served and when we were asked why, we honestly replied. To that their reply was “that’s the first time we hear this in 30 years” and walked away. The service was unfriendly and arrogant. Not even an effort to suggest a commercial gesture either. Definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone.

I was there with my friends. The atmosphere was amazing and food was even better. I would say best Italian food in Netherland. I was just amazed to find the place right next to Rotterdam station and it was so good. Usually near station restaurants are not great so it was a lovely surprise.

The owners come from the Southern Italy, so there are lots of menu options that are specific to that region. We loved everything we tried
Unfortunately, we couldn’t taste their Tiramisu, so we plan to get back to fix that!

A very-hard-to-find italian restaurant. But that all fades away, once you step inside.
A wonderful welcome! We ordered both meat and pasta. Everything was very delicious… The pasta was cooked perfectly. So simple, but perfect. The steak was also perfect.
The service was very loving, we felt very welcome.
This place is a MUST VISIT if you visit Rotterdam.

I will not comment on the food since I did not ate there. However, I will comment on the service. We wanted to eat. As such, we took a sit and asked for a meniu. The waiter, with a very unpolite, rude and embittered atitude put in our face a big plancard with some dishes written and left. We have been in Italy in a few restaurants and never have been treated like this. This is how a Tratoria is treating customers. It s really a shame since the food looks great in the pictures.
