I’ve been a loyal customer of Pho Ha Saigon for many, many years — and for good reason. Their pho is absolutely amazing — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced every single time. I’ve tried countless pho restaurants around the world, but none come close to the authentic taste and comforting quality of this one.

The broth is aromatic and full of depth, the noodles are always fresh, and the meat is perfectly tender. You can feel the love and tradition in every bowl. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and consistent — it truly feels like coming home every time I visit.

If you’re looking for the best pho you’ll ever have, this is the place.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve been going to this place since I was 4. Love the food and the people are sooooo nice. Love the spring rolls and #21 for the noodles!

I’ve been to this place before and usually enjoyed it, but today was really disappointing. I ordered a shrimp summer roll and a large Pho #21, and I found a dead fly in my pho. I barely ate it and completely lost my appetite.

Even after showing them, they still charged me full price. At the very least, I shouldn’t have been charged for the pho. This was really upsetting and not what I expected from a place I used to trust. I’ve come here often whenever I crave pho. I truly hope they handle situations like this better in the future.

Pho is the best, I will drive over an hour for this place. Service can be a little rough, but I’m just there for the food. One time the order was wrong and I tried to get it exchanged, was just met with a look and the food still being dropped onto our table. In Asian culture, we usually just let it be- not me, though. People can have allergies, you can’t just disregard people’s orders. The price is great for the food, can’t be beat.

When I encounter crappy service at an Asian establishment , I’m never surprised. They don’t go above and beyond to accommodate, especially when it’s basically ran by a bunch of dudes that sit around and stare. Anyway, the food was mediocre Vietnamese cuisine. Basically, whatever you get here is what you can get anywhere at a Vietnamese joint in South Philly. It is what it is. Average.Plenty of seats and plenty of potholes to park your car.

My fav Pho spot since 2016 – menu has gotten more focused over the years and it all hits. Great price for the portions, flavors are on point, and meat is tender. It doesn’t look special but will always recommend this place.

Ordered from this place and when I opened my food I saw a bug inside the container. I called them multiple times requesting a refund because this was genuinely disgusting, they told me they would write down my number and give me a call back. I’ve called them about 3 times and every time they said the same thing; that they will “call me back.” After not response I am writing this review!!!

Came here for Pho but almost didn’t get it as there were other options on the menu that looked delicious. The broke rice dishes were quite tempting but I ended up going with the beef ball and rare steak pho. The broth was very flavorful and there was plenty of noodles. I wish there was more beef balls in the dish as it felt like 85% rare steak and not much beef ball

Great tasting Pho. Fast and quick service too. I sat down and ordered. Got our food in less than 5 mins. Plenty of tables and space.

If you haven’t had pho, there is variey of toppings. Can’t go wrong with any of them. Choose what you like. The broth is where it is at and make sure a sip of it before digging into the noodles. I know in Vietnam they eat this even when it is hot but it definitely hits differently when you have pho on a cold winter day.

Definitely worth coming back here again.

If you’re in the mood for delicious pho and don’t want to worry about parking, this restaurant is a great choice. While they tend to be quite busy on weekends, their lot always has ample parking, which sets them apart from other pho places in South Philly. We highly recommend their medium pho #20 and boneless lemongrass BBQ – both are personal favorites. Whether you’re looking for a hangover cure, a comforting winter meal, or a warming soup to help fight off a fever, you really can’t go wrong with pho!

I came with my son and they even provided special scissor to cut the pho noodles into smaller pieces.
