The food and service was so great that we went two days in a row! The lasagna is especially delicious! Make sure you get it supreme then they bake it in the oven with extra cheese on top!

We go to Monicals every Wednesday for dinner. Pizza is consistently great. Salad is always fresh. However, it’s the service that brings us back weekly. Connor is usually our server and he is fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable about the food and just a pleasant young man. We always know it will be a great experience when Connor is working our table!!!

Monical’s Pizza offers a fantastic lunch buffet for just $12 per person. The thin crust pizza is delicious, with a variety of choices to suit any taste. The pineapple pizza was my favorite. The service was excellent, especially when they quickly helped clean up a spilled water. Highly recommended!

Dropped in this location. It was pretty busy. Our host Conner was such a great and professional host. He and his staff were very understanding and accommodating!! Which my family and I appreciated. We had some issues with out cheese pizza order, however Matthew the manager got us squared away and made sure we all were satisfied. Appreciate the hospitality and understanding. Would be back

enjoy ordering a couple times a month until recently the orders have been made incorrectly. missing ingredients, undercooked, and being charged for dressings that never arrive at delivery, or given the opposite of what was payed for and ordered. mistakes happen & the food service can be overwhelming and hard work especially at very busy order volume. just makes me feel bad to have to say upon ordering that i have a credit due to previous mess ups from an order before that. and for the delivery drivers who don’t have the right items on hand to fix the mistakes.

Pizza was great. Waitress could have came back more than once during our dinner. Was out of drink and had to wait. Dropped our bill to us and didn’t see waitress again and the bill was wrong as welll.

The food was really gross. We had the lasagna and baked ravioli. Both were not edible. Definatly microwaved type food. Sauce tasted weird on the lasagna and the raviolis were bland. The bacon saved it. Glad they served pepsi but if we were to go back it would be to try the pizza as that’s what everyone else was eating.

First time at this Monical’s though I’ve been to many, including the one in my hometown, and I love Monical’s. This was very disappointing. We got there at 5 thinking we would have plenty of time to eat and be in Decatur by 6:30. We got drinks, a salad, and 2 breadsticks pretty quickly, but after 50 minutes still no individual pizzas. The place was not busy at all, maybe three tables occupied, and there were several employees just standing around. Apparently, there were several new people and our order got lost. By that time we had to leave to make it to our appointment on time, but our pizzas suddenly arrived as we were checking out so we requested they be wrapped. Mine ended up sitting in the car because I couldn’t eat it and drive, and my partner couldn’t finish eating theirs because they said it tasted bad. We asked for two tickets when we ordered, but they were rung up as one. We then asked for them to be split based on what we ordered. One person was given a discount and not charged for their pizza – we asked why that tab was so low and that is what we were told. The other person was charged full price for nearly the same order. Couldn’t get an explanation why one person was charged $7 and the other charged $14. At that point we had to leave without any answers. We were there an hour with no pizza. We didn’t even get drink refills.
