Came in for happy hour where select items run for $4-6 a plate, and boy were the tacos big! Much larger than anticipated.
We had the beer-battered fish tacos and the chipotle burnt ends tacos. The latter is not something you see in taco form anywhere, so we thought why not. Delish! Tender and they didn’t skimp on the meat.
We also had the beef taquitos. Also good. Though the salsa verde was more sour than I would have liked. Nice if they had served it with guacamole too!
We also opted for the jalapeño pineapple margarita. Not on the happy hour menu but at $14, this was worth every dollar as it was deeeeelicious! Refreshing and well-balanced.
Service was attentive and friendly.
Ambiance: festive casual. Cute.
Parking: free and ample spaces in a parking lot.
We loved our experience and look forward to trying other items on the menu!

Hussong’s Mexican Cantina is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and celebrations. The food is delicious and full of authentic Mexican flavor—everything tastes fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. The margaritas are excellent and clearly a highlight, perfectly balanced and refreshing.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Britany was the manager and Antonio hour waiter! Service is quick without feeling rushed, and the overall experience is consistently enjoyable. Both of us had tacos, I had el pastor chicken and Ron has carnitas tacos
they were both cold, the meat didn’t have any flavor, the rice wasn’t cooked and tasted like fish, the beans were warm but not much flavor and we bought a 64 oz margarita and we didn’t even get a little buzz from it. The salsa’s were very good though

Antonio was absolutely incredible! He had about 8 tables and seemed to be the only server on top do making drinks. He made managing everything look easy. He was knowledgeable and kind and took such great care of us. The food was amazing! I was shocked at how many vegan options they had. Do yourself a favor and get the chimichangas. It was all so good.

Good food. The carne asada was spot on, tender, flavorful and the chimichurri on top was incredible. The shrimp fajitas were ok. Not a lot of food for the price and the shrimp was overcooked a bit. The service was exceptional, attentive and friendly. The chips and salsas were good. A pico style salsita and an odd chipotle barbecue style salsa with it. Good. Margaritas were small but mighty, very good. Went for national margarita day and they were $5. House margs are $6 for happy hour

Had some errands to run and wanted to grab lunch on a Tuesday so we stopped in here. Not bad! Quick service since it wasn’t busy, and the food was pretty good.
We were sat right away since it wasn’t busy and our waitress was very nice and attentive. The downside for me was they don’t have drinks like horchata. They had lunch specials, and I got the one with half a birria grilled cheese sandwich and 2 chicken tacos. The tacos were ok, but the grilled cheese is where it was at! My husband got it too and he loved it.
I would definitely come to try the other lunch specials. They also have a sort of street dog in their happy hour menu, was sad I couldn’t try that. Service was wonderful, food was pretty good, and it was a very chill atmosphere. Pretty decent place.

Patricia was our server tonight and she was amazing! Our meal was better because of her. She was so kind and helpful. It was definitely the best service we’ve had at this restaurant. The fish tacos and nachos were amazing! I will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch. One of the best Tostadas we’ve ever had & adding the colossal shrimp is a must. Also the 4 assortment platter was a great way to try a bite of their best dishes. Our Bartender Irma was very accommodating and hospitable.
