A group of us (22-23 years old) went in looking for a fun night out and to have a few drinks, and maybe play some pool. The owner and other bartender accused us all of having fake IDs after she used a blue light and could have scanned them. We told her they were real after she has looked at them for 3+ minutes. She then called us disrespectful and screamed at us in the bar. Then after she asked us to leave, she came outside and continued to scream at us. This place needs new management and more experience/ training with checking IDs to determine what is real and what is fake.

Worst service I ever had, big group of us all of age tried kicking every single one of us out for fake ids only person served a beer was me I’m of age twin brother standing right next to me said it was fake after serving me huge joke of an establishment poorly ran needs new management highly recommend not given service lady even tried ripping my beer out of my hand after I already purchased it mind you all of us are of age

Fries were descent. Burger was worst I have eaten in 59 years, tasted like what I imagine frozen burgers thrown on a griddle and extremely dry, might have been reheated. 🙁 I would have rather eaten McDonald’s, they are juicier and I only eat McDonald’s in an emergency. Onion rings were cooked in fish oil. After leaving 3/4 of burger and telling waitress what I thought, in a very polite manor, I was billed in full and told sorry .
In my opinion leaving no tip is rude, leaving a $3 tip and saying it was for the beer is not. If she would have taken money off my bill for the uneaten burger the way a restaurant should I would have given her $10 because the lack of quality is not her fault. I have bought burger many times from the same market. I guess the fact there was about 15 people in the bar and not one of them were eating at 6 at night should have told me something, it should be telling you something too.
