I had to turn back because my order was wrong, and when I returned to the window, the employee helping me had his pants hanging so low his underwear was fully visible. Extremely unprofessional.
After all that, the corrected order I received was cold and carelessly thrown together. This is how customers are treated when we spend our hard-earned money? Completely unacceptable. This location needs serious management intervention or to be shut down!

Ordered some Tidbits at 9:10am and the honey coated ones tasted like leather. Definitely not fresh AT ALL. I have never had a donut I had to chew like bubble gum. I’ll stick to tea for my next visit.

Well I ordered 2 sausage biscuits they came as egg cheese and sausage biscuits. OK fine it happens went in they made 2 new ones.

If you don’t believe me check the Camaras on September 6th at 11:15am I ORDERED a medium iced Coffee with a bacon bagel, breakfast sandwich, a turkey, bacon club and a four piece of the apple cider Tim bites. I never received my 10 bites my turkey bacon Club. The bread was so hard. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich. I was unable to return because I was on my lunch break. Had to go back to work. I go back And I guess yeah I should’ve had my receipt but I’m thinking they’ll be able to pull it up the lady claims that she can’t pull it up even though she saw me this morning, tip and get the food from them now all of a sudden my order doesn’t exist. Very funny. I will never be back to this location. She’s talking about what I didn’t take your order. I don’t care if you did or didn’t take my order. I didn’t receive an item of mine my food was in edible and now they’re claiming that they don’t even have the receipt. Am I crazy? It’s all good. I will never come back.

Told me to and a ram to pull up for my order. The driver behind us couldn’t leave due to another driver waiting to pay at the window. Took 10 minutes to get my order. They got the rams order wrong causing the backup to feel that much worse. My snack wraps arrived cold to the touch as if they were left in the fridge.

On Friday June 6th and Wednesday June 11, I went to this Tim Hortons to get my daily French Vanilla Cappuccino. I recently changed offices where I work that is closer to this Tim Hortons. The first time I went to this store was on Friday the 6th my French Vanilla cappuccino was watered down and cold. It was terrible but I thought it was probably just a fluke and decided to try them again. It was the same thing, watered down and just luke warm. I talked to my co workers and they said that they have all quit going there because they have the same problem with their coffee orders. I think that they are deliberately watering down the coffee. One of my co-workers was overcharged on her order. I frequent the Tim Hortons closer to my home and I have NEVER had my Vanilla Cappuccino taste like this. I am also going to call corporate on them as well.

I’m honestly curious if its normal top be served potato chips in doughnut bags. my experience is not good really but I’m not a fan of Tim hortons at all. I just tried again top rediscover i will not return got but I’m really wondering if they’re really selling chips this way. It’s just abnormal and i don’t see vendors doing it. Ill take a picture.
