I went to infuse on the 31st Jan 26 for the first time with my family. This was to celebrate an anniversary.
The staff were super friendly and super helpful. As it was our first time, they showed us a slideshow of their appetisers and it was really helpful when it came to making our choices.
When the food came out it was absolutely delicious.
The family was happy and we even had enough to take home.

Last night, me and my husband had our anniversary dinner here. The atmosphere was clean, calm and relaxing.
Our waiter, Yash, was very accommodating, very friendly and professional, where we received great service from him.
The food was exceptional, I had their Lamb Khadai and upon ordering, asked for it to be extra spicy and they delivered. The spice level was perfect, flavours were excellent, and the food came hot and tasted fresh.
My husband ordered their Chicken Jalfezi which tasted fresh and delicious as well, which he thoroughly enjoyed.
They had a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks and I absolutely loved the mocktail I had. Very value for money, perfect food portion sizes and drinks that weren’t drowning in Ice.
Overall, we had an amazing evening here, only thing I will say is we did mention it was our anniversary on our booking and while we were hoping for a small acknowledgment, nothing was mentioned. A little gesture would have made the experience feel even more special.

We decided to try this resturant – less than 100m walk from the high street – after spotting a little black board A-frame. Thank goodness we did! Their lunch time special I also stay at £6, with most bring £8, and they’re the exact right amount of food. The flavours and prevention were spot on as well. I ordered a masala tea and was told it can take ten to fifteen minutes as its made from scratch; brilliant! That’s exactly what you want to hear. An absolute gem of a place, well worth a visit.

I’ve eaten quite a lot of kormas in my life and this has been the worst I’ve tried.
Didn’t look appetising or taste great.
In fact this korma looked like some other sauce or a soup (peppercorn sauce?)

I had a lovely meal with my family at Infuse; we ordered Lamb Korma, Chicken Tikka Masala, and various vegetable dishes. The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend Infuse to anyone looking for a delicious meal served with a smile 🙂

This is our favourite restaurant in St Albans and I’ve finally got around to leaving the review it deserves. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant. It is consistently excellent. We particularly recommend the daal makhni, which we order every time we go – really creamy and rich and so delicious, pairs great with their garlic and chives naan. Give it a visit!
