Made a mobile order for pickup. Arrived after ten minutes and order was ready. The coffees were on the pickup shelves by names. The food items had to be picked up from staff. Coffee is hot as usual. The morning wraps were good as expected, the restroom needed a key to open.

Male night manager is rude. I came at 8 pm to order an iced latte and he said their machine start self cleaning at 8pm, and so I could not order it. Isn’t 8 pm too early to clean when you close at 10 pm? It gives me the impression that he just did not want to make any drinks at that time of the night. I just ended up ordering some donuts. When I got home they were stone cold. Would not recommend this place

I don’t go to this Dunkin’ often, but every time I’ve visited in the evenings over the past couple of years, it’s always been a pleasant experience. The male employee who usually works in the evenings is incredibly kind, respectful, and efficient. He always greets customers with a smile and makes sure everything is done quickly and correctly. His positive attitude really stands out and makes the visit feel warm and welcoming. Great service like this deserves to be recognized, thank you!

2. They are out of everything besides regular coffee cream and sugar.
3. The employee named “sameera” was super rude and it seemed that she didn’t want to do her job. I guess Dunkin is loosing money there…
4. The same employee (apparently they only have one) was very rude about me not wearing a mask so I asked for one and she didn’t want to give me one ♀️
5. I ordered 2 regular coffees with cream(the only option she had) and the cups were all dirty
