I had a My Hut box & it was
got the pizza w 2 tops (chicken jalapeño), French fries & 20oz drink. Food was cooked perfectly & the taste was also great. I didn’t get to take a picture because it was THAT good, but I wanted to let everyone know that this location has great service! Thank You for the good experience ^.^, will be coming back again ! C:

I ordered directly from their website and delivery time was 50 mins. Got a text 30 mins after I ordered saying that it’s on its way, 1 hour after I ordered and the pizza was not yet here. Called 3 times and the 3 times the restaurant guy said it’s on its way and hang up on me. 2 hours passed and nothing arrived so I decide to call again and cancel and the guy says ok and hangs up on me again. I had to send a complain to pizza hut directly, hoping they will refund me.

What a shitty experience, I understand the weather is poor and delivery may take longer but not 3+ hours. I was at work when i ordered and even waited outside in my car for 20 min after I closed because you guys sent me a text notification saying my food was on the way. I kept trying to cancel my order online and it was literally impossible. And then when i went to the help button they told me to call the establishment. But when i call the damn establishment and u go thru to the stupid automation process itll just ring until eventually it hangs up in your face because no ones answering. Unless you guys were going through something life threatening or dangerous i dont understand why you guys couldn’t at least answer the phone to let me cancel my order or get an update. I managed to order dominos and have it dropped off to my house before u guys could even give me a damn update on whats going on, what a shame i hope corporate sees this and comes audits your location. Ive been a warehouse/restaurant manager for more than 5+ years of my life, theres no excuse for what happened tonight in my honest opinion. I leave this comment here in hopes it reaches the right person and brings change to your guys location. God bless and kick rocks to anyone who thinks different

The order was made incorrectly. I ordered extra sauce and jalapeños but neither was on the pizza. The pizza itself was incredibly thin, had minimal cheese and absolutely no flavor to it. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

If only I could give zero stars..what was I thinking giving this Pizza Hut a second chance . Actually the only reasons why I did was cause my son wanted pizza and dominos messed up on Friday so Pizza Hut was next option . Anyway I’ve never ever gotten a completely grease soaked box and grease soaked bag that the breadsticks were in. Also the pizza was so so old breadsticks were ripped off as if someone stole some of the breadsticks to eat .on top of just look at how they looked gross.You know it’s nasty and bad when your own kids don’t even wanna eat it . And kids eat everything. This deserves a refund because I don’t even trust having food remade . One star is not even deserved ..

Bought over 130.00 worth of food and EVERYTHING was overcooked! Stuffed crust pizza had no cheese in the crust, 2 other pizzas were dry, cookie was overcooked as well… Horrible horrible horrible…the guy that was working seemed to not like his job at all. NEVER going back i will drive further to get better pizza

I waited 45 minutes standing inside for an order that i put in online for pick up for a a pizza and pasta. Not only did they not give me the wrong pasta but they put cheesy bread and pasta inside a pizza box with NO PIZZA IN IT AT ALL. I called back to inform them of what happened and I got the reply of “okay bye”. They didn’t even care. I do not recommend this place.

Still haven’t received refund and it’s been 4 days . Delivery took over two hours . Wasn’t rude or disrespectful to people who prepare my food ever . Still haven’t been disrespectful. But the run around I’m getting by this location IS. Just spoke to manager this morning same one that “placed my refund” the first day I had issues with them . Now he telling me I have to wait another 2 days until I can speak to the GM to see if my refund even got placed . Here the photos of the time frame it took for them to even update my order . Mind you it was only 2 large pizzas wings and Cinnabon . Also added second image I took today to verify that they haven’t even updated the status of delivery . Still says “out for delivery”

Theres only to guys working there.one works there at the front and back and the other one does delivery. Place looks very greasy and flour on counter tops and floor. Did have both my pizzas ready in 20min but wouldnt order from this lacation again. Guy has long dirty finger nails. Clothes filled with pizza sauce. Hopefully they used gloves when preparing pizza.
