There’s a hole in the roof right over the entrance. Clearly several weeks if not months. Big hole, room enough for a Lab or small bear to call home. Sweet lady taking our order said “what? Oh, someone else said the same thing. I’ll tell my manager… if she doesn’t already know…” most of the dining room fountain OUT. Worried if vendors have put this unit on cash only basis? Meats not evenly placed on roll. Instead 70% poked on one side 30% buried in lettuce. Not a proud together Schlotzsky’s. Whatta shame how they’ve slipped

Pick up was supposed to be at 6:30. Didn’t get my order til almost 7. I made mine a “meal” with chips and a drink and didn’t get the chips. The bread was delicious but the toppings were scarce for $10. $15 for the meal. Both sandwiches were a disappointment. I’m pretty sure the poor girl was working all by herself.

First off I never give 1 star. I’m editing my review from long ago. This place has gone downhill. Soup and sandwiches shouldn’t cost this much. Especially sandwiches this sparse on meat. There were no diet drinks at all. Thought they changed it out, but I was wrong. Place was messy despite us being only customers at 1:30 on a Saturday. Couldn’t find owner info anywhere. Cinnamon rolls didn’t do cinnabon justice. I foresee a closing of this location soon, which is a shame for Springdale.

Love these homemade from start to finish sandwiches! For around 10 bucks you can get just the sandwiches and its delicious, if you haven’t tried it and looking for something to hug you inside this is the spot!

They have some kind of leak coming from behind their soda machine or ice machine and by the looks of the wall and floor it’s been like this for a hot minute. Upper management is definitely ignoring a repair bill or something.

I’ve ate at this location several times and it’s always great. Food is always good and quick, it is a bit pricey though. This location also has a coke freestyle machine.

Update 4/6/24:
Service here is extremely hit or miss. We ordered over 40mins ago and are still waiting for our food. When we arrived there was only 1 couple here. Quite a few came in after us and somehow they kept bringing the food out to people who ordered after us. So we asked, and they said “the drive thru is busy and we’re trying to keep up”, totally understandable but why are people who ordered after us all getting their food and leaving already and we’re not? I’m done with this location, too many issues. Refunded the whole thing after waiting so long. Also when you’re taking orders and have a AirPod in, you’re not paying attention in my pov. The owner needs to do a serious overhaul.

This location for whatever reason never has salt. I visit this Springdale Arkansas location often and for the past year the staff has been lackluster at best. The front counter staff doesn’t keep an eye on the front register area. Many of the staff are also wearing earbuds (headphones) limiting them hearing when a new customer comes in, and when taking the orders or questions. Food is ok, but the service is terrible.
Presentation is everything too right? This is how my Cinnabon was given to me. ♂️
