The service there is just getting worse over time. Went there last Sunday. Stood at the case for awhile & one worker was just standing doing nothing. Then she acted as if she just noticed us. The guy that rang us up was terrible, he kept trying to charge me for a bigger plate when we just got a plate & separated one entrée but he wouldn’t listen & kept telling us it’ll be cheaper but it wasn’t I kept telling him it’s a plate. I was getting extremely frustrated because he wasn’t listening finally the girl that served us told him it’s a was just a plate. Then when he put our food in the bag he tipped it upside down then put it right back the right way. Our food was a horrible mess after that. I love the honey sesame chicken & unfortunately it’s only served Friday-Sunday, it’s extremely good when it’s fresh but after a while the chicken gets soggy. It’s not the 1st time we had bad customer service so it’ll be a while before we go back.

There was not sufficient staffing for the lunch rush. Waited 15 to be served with only one person in front of me. No hot mustard. Had to ask 1 times for sauces. Not a good day for this place.

I placed my order online at 5:20pm and it said the order would be ready by 5:40pm. I was there to pick up my order at 543pm and was told they were working on it. 45 min later I had to ask if my order was done yet. It was finely done at 6:15pm. The employees were all standing around looking all confused. I have never had a problem like this in the past. They ignored all of us waiting on our online orders and only taking care of customers coming inside. There was 4 of us waiting for online orders. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

As far as panda express locations go, this is a pretty good one. The place was clean and inviting and the service was decent. The only complaint I’d have is the chow mein Noodles were a little dry compared to some I’ve had.

Overall a pretty good choice for fast ish food.

Just tried to go to this location on 11/30 @ 10:00pm and despite every sign on the building and online saying this location is open; the doors to the lobby were locked and no one would respond at the speaker. Really disappointing since I had drove all the way out to satisfy the craving my wife was having.

I have been in the food industry for over 20 years. Zachary was a great help today. Amazing customer service skills. The manager on the other hand is the reason for the 4 stars. She doesn’t belong on that floor. Her attitude over a seemingly harmless comment made her a rude girl. Zachary on the other hand deserves to get a raise. Lol. Came in around 5pm Saturday and nobody was in the restaurant. Went to the counter to look at the food case and they had several items either gone or crusted over and old looking. Asked if they could make some fresh and they looked at each other with the dear in the head lights look. Then one chimed in and said it will take UP TO 5 minutes to make. We just decided to go with what they had that semi looked appetizing. Went to sit and all the booths were filthy so I asked the one of the dear in the head lights girls if they had a wet rag for the booth and she asked are they dirty??? I’m thinking really. No I just want a wet rag to play with Jesus h Christ lady. So she pointed at a bucket with water on top of the garbage can and said we keep them over there not letting me know that she can clean a table for us but just the location which was fine cause I already knew nobody there standing around was going to do it. Will we be back probably not it’s been like this for years now and we took a shot in the dark which was an epic fail again.

Very bad experience. Its 9:30 pm and they refuse to let us order food. Said all they had were veggies and it would take 15 min to cook the noodles, I said that’s fine and they kept adding excuses as to not cook anymore food for the night

Posted closing time at 9:00 on New Year’s Eve and doors were locked at 8:30. Employees just stared at us from inside the store. Absolute crap if you want to close early then post those hours don’t screw someone over for their dinner
