Please don’t go here it’s not worth the headache and rudeness you will receive. Picture shown is a 5 piece tender… barely any chicken for $19. One piece was skin or paper towel? It didn’t rip apart. Rudest employees i’ve ever came across. I got refunded a dollar short. Multiple people were in there for refunds. Last time I visited there was kids running around in the kitchen touching everything. Dirty Lobby. Rude employees. Food is disgustingly made and expensive.

The worst service I’ve ever had lmfao. The employees are half rtarded. No toilet paper in the women’s bathroom. Soda machine didn’t work and when I told the employee she looked at me like I was the idiot . I ordered popcorn shrimp on the little monitor and 20 minutes later the employee told me they didn’t serve it anymore. Then the refund process took another 20 minutes. All while the people in line have been standing there 20-40 minutes waiting there good as well. Overall it was a horrendous experience and I will never step foot in that dump again.

Whoever owns this location please just close it down. The worst place to order food from when the app quotes you 5-10 minutes and then you wait almost 30 minutes because the incompetent staff don’t remember they told you to pull around to the door and they will bring it out to you. Whoever own this location should be ashamed of how horrible this service is. If your workers can’t bring the food out because you are understaffed don’t offered pickup via your drive through.

I ordered the chicken sandwich combo with fries. The bun was warm. The pickle was crisp, and the chicken was juicy and tender. I was pleasantly surprised with the polite service and the quality of my meal. I will be coming back !

I placed an order online and went inside the restaurant to pick it up. I could see my order sitting there, but no one came over to give it to me or even put it on the pickup shelf. Instead, they told me to wait. After waiting about 15 minutes, I gave up and went through the drive-through—only to be told to wait again.

Do not go here unless you like waiting over an hour in the drive thru just to be ignored at the window once you finally get your order taken. Then dirty looks from the cashier. After waiting another 10 minutes at the window I just drove off. Popeyes! You have great food and horrible workers! This place will be closed down soon.

This is the second time that I have visited this Popeyes location and it will be my last. The first time I went the food was barely okay, this time it was awful. I ordered a 5-piece tenders meal and the picture is what I received. Not only is not even a three piece, it was very dry and tasted like grissel. I wish I would have checked my order before I left the drive through. My drink did not even have ice. I am major fan of Popeyes, but this location is a huge disappointment. If this had been my first experience with Popeyes, I would have never gone to another one. Popeyes corporate should investigate this location, before they lose more customers.

Hello everyone and to the mgr of this location . I had a friend treat me to lunch yesterday and I had requested ghost pepper wings in which he told me were not available so instead he brought me a 3 piece tender and popcorn shrimp side of macaroni, biscuit and a sprite all for about $12 well I have to say for a popular national chicken chain such as Popeyes gets it was the worst combo I’ve ever gotten from anywhere the tenders they put in my box was 1 nugget, 1 strip of fried skin , 1 kid size piece of chicken , that was my 3 piece the popcorn shrimp were mostly a cup of battered fried crunchies not shrimp in the shell . Popeyes should be ashamed of themselves for handing food out the window like such JUST AWFUL and a waste of time and money going to get food like that I will never go to this particular Popeyes let alone just in general very disgusted by want they thought was ok to sale for that price . AWFUL
