I am an Uber eats driver I was there picking up an order. I walked in and stood at the counter. The young lady never greeted me or said anything to me as I stood there and waited. I finally seen another gentleman walk up to the register when I told him I was there to pick up an order he checked to see if my order was ready and he said that it was waiting on one item. I said OK. I stood there for another eight minutes before another gentleman came and said, I will fix the one item that she is waiting on and the young lady who never greeted me or said anything to me told him no Do not fix it you and them have to learn patients then she got on her headphones set and started talking to the manager about him wanting to help in the front and that he needed to be patient. This made no sense so I’m still standing there for another 8 to 10 minutes, waiting on one item that the gentleman said that he would fix and was told not to finally after 12 minutes of waiting the second time the lady who never greeted me or said anything to me, fix the order and then slid it across the counter to me and walked off. I asked to speak to a manager that she had already spoken to, and the manager came out, did not greet me. I tried to Start explaining my experience and how unprofessional the young lady behind the counter was when the manager interjected and started condoning the bad behavior and training of the young lady who was behind the counter that told the gentleman not to fix the last item and who never greeted me I have never been in this store before this is a very bad representation of Starbucks name and their core values the manager and the young lady need more training on customer service. I’m just glad that I wasn’t an actual pain customer at that moment because I felt very offended and not helped at all. Please send someone to retrain this managers behavior and the way she teaches her associates when they are being trained as well because the lack of professionalism and customer service is horrible

I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times. My most recent experience I gave the lady 10$ my drink was about 6$. She shut the window and walked off. Didn’t even hand me my change or offer it. I always tip but a 4$ tip without even asking me seems a bit ridiculous. I should be receiving my change and if I decide to tip I can but I shouldn’t be forced. The experience put me off I probably won’t return. The drink was fine overall.

Haven’t been to a Starbucks in a while but received a gift card and decided to stop by! I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and it was perfectly delicious, definitely got the extra crunch I asked for! I should have asked her name, but the person at the drive through window was incredibly nice and she wrote this on the bag of the yummy Oreo cake pop she recommended. Literally made my entire week!

Purchased 4 items. A pumpkin spice coffee, black nitro cold brew, bacon egg and cheese sandwich, and a cake pop. This shop is extremely unorganized and all items came out at different random times. First was the pumpkin spice drink (which was the most complicated of my order). Next the breakfast sandwich several minutes later. Finally, I asked about my cold brew and cake pop. They said they do them in the order they come out. I said I ordered them all together and that made no sense. I was given an extreme attitude and not offered any reasonable explanation for the delays. I received my cold brew several minutes later and had to ask again about the cake pop which was given to me with attitude. This location should focus on completing orders as a whole and not just randomly completing tasks. This is so unorganized and total chaos. Several people expressed dissatisfaction, including one guy who just walked out because they missed his order completely. Management should review its processes and fix this immediately.

I accidentally purchased whole bean Starbucks at Publix. The very kind person at Starbucks ( and I apologize for not knowing your name ) told me they would grind the beans for me. I was just there at 5:30am because I desperately needed coffee. I went back around 10:00. And just like that, they did. Thank you so much!

She was laughing while taking my order and asked me five times what did I say. I give it a 1 star due to discrimination. I bought and drank my coffee, then asked if the bathroom was open only to be told it’s only for customers as if I wasn’t. I had just spent $7 on a dang coffee. Unacceptable by staff and ownership. I gave them my Starbucks card back to them that had $12 on it still because I don’t go to places that discriminate.

We went through the drive thru and ordered to tomato and mozzarella sandwiches and two drinks. We confirmed with the worker that there was two but he only gave us one and said he only. When we tried to order the other one he said he couldn’t ring it up at that kiosk. What I don’t understand is how is he ringing in orders for the drive thru if he can’t ring that in with us right there….

Every visit at this location has been wonderful so far. Usually we stop by late in the evenings. The staff is always very friendly and the drinks are made well to order, hadn’t had an issue with any of our drinks.
The location is kept clean, never seen this placed unkept, or trash lying around like at other locations where they seem too preoccupied to keep the place neat.
