First time at new restaurant. Menu has many choices. Lots of room between tables. Mari spoke perfectly in English, explained items and recommended the El Molcojete bowl and we filled up. Shrimp, Steak, Chicken and cactus inside. Too much chips and salsa caused us to run out of room for desert.
Remember tacos are $1 on Tuesday.

My wife and daughters came for dinner on weeknight. The service was good. No wait to be seated. The chips and salsa was good. We got Shrimp nachos, steak street tacos, and steak Fajita quesadilla. The food was all very good.

Wonderful food and great service! Our new favorite Mexican restaurant! Highly recommend the flaming cheese and the parrillada fajitas!! Great margaritas, queso, and flautas too!

We stopped in for lunch after church and were immediately seated. Our waitress did a good job checking on us the entire meal. We had the lunas trio appetizer. The best part was the thick and tasty cheese dip. I ordered the enchilada Verdes with rice and beans. Good amount of chicken and the beans were better than the rice. My wife had a birria and a shrimp taco. The salsa was a bit watery but tasted good with a small bit of heat. Overall the food needed to be seasoned a little more than it was. Its definitely better than the Mexican restaurant near Walmart. Nowhere close to mayas. There is also a small bar off to the side of the restaurant.

The salsa’s served with the chips aren’t very good and served ice cold. Asked for cheese dip as well and that arrived cold with a clump of unmelted cheese on the middle. Overall, everything was mediocre. The al pastor torta was served on a nicely toasted piece of bread. The flavor of the al pastor got lost with all the ingredients inside. The steak inside the flautas was tough, chewy and in big chunks.

First time visiting this awesome place. The salsa was perfect. Actually it was slightly chunky which made it so much better with a great cilantro taste. The food was awesome, I had the fajitas and my husband had a burrito and street tacos. Everything turned out great. We ordered a chorizo cheese dip which was amazing as well and highly recommend. Our bartenders name was Jennie and let me tell you, Mrs. Jennie can throw an amazing drink together. All in all is was a fabulous experience and we will definitely be going back! Welcome to Pell City “La Luna Mexican” you guys are a fantastic add to the community! Keep up the great work

Last night my wife and I decided we would try the New Mexican restraunt in Pell City La Luna Mexican Grill . It would normally be hard to give another Mexican restaurant a review with 20-30 in the same town. They made it real easy to give a review!! They knocked it out of the park!! our waitress Jeannie did an incredible job!! She always checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything and that we were 100% pleased with our meal and the service!! An incredible person!! Thank you for the awesome meal with a great atmosphere. The food here was different than the other 20 in town. It tasted way better!! This is our New Mexican grill to eat at!!

I visited La Luna for the first time, and I will definitely be back! Brandon and his family are such a joy. The restaurant is beautiful. I told Brandon exactly what I wanted, and a couple of minutes later my delicious dish arrived at my table. I even got to meet Luna herself! She’s such a doll! Thank you to everyone at La Luna for treating me like family. I look forward to seeing you all again very soon.

My family was excited to try the new restaurant in Pell City. We went around 12:30pm and there were only a few cars in the lot, should have been a sign. The salsa was bland, the steak was unseasoned, staff were eating at the bar. It was expensive for what we got and overall was very forgettable. Trust me, GO ELSEWHERE.
