Spent 72 hours in Woods Hole/Martha’s, this was the highlight meal of the weekend.
Came for a light cafe brunch:
Tried some of the raspberry croissant, which was quite good.
Had a pear caramel tart, which was delightfully decadent.
The highlight, though, was the Le Parisienne sandwich which was wonderfully toasted and tasted incredible.
Perhaps the best baguette I’ve ever tried—even better than those I’ve tried in Paris!
So many more things to try next time: focaccia, quiches, and pastries. Everything looks beautiful and delicious!

Just recently found this location of my favorite boulangerie! It’s smaller than the one in Falmouth center but very well stuffed with my favorite variety of breads, sweets and sandwiches. They also have craft coffees – really well made – and my kids favorite juices. Make sure to arrive ahead of time for your ferry to grab something delicious for your trip. Also, more incentives now to go all the way to end of bike pass 🙂

The service was great! And the pastries looked and tasted amazing. I had gotten a pistachio eclair and a fraiser cake. I had the eclair right after purchasing, then decided to save the cake for later. The next afternoon when I excitedly went to eat my cake, there was sadly a black spot (which I’m assuming is mold/fungus?) on the plastic wrap of the cake. It makes me wonder how long the cake was left on the shelf of the bakery and how clean the establishment is. In any case, I’d still go back for a sweet treat.

Found this gem near the Woods Hole terminal before heading to Martha’s Vineyard! The ham & cheese croissant & “cronut-like” pastry were good. Hot chocolate was delicious, but wished for a larger portion. I will definitely visit again when I am traveling to the vineyard.

Dark chocolate and pistachio torsade is all I’m gonna say. “It would be my downfall.” Was what was used to describe when the kind lady behind the counter recommended it. Also got the focaccia du jour, and I would probably cut in front of my own mother to get another one. Kudos to you!

Second location of the legendary Falmouth French bakery. The small footprint still packs a punch with all of the bread, pastry, and savory delights. Closest spot to the ferry terminal.
Only one gluten free pastry but still love stopping in for the family.

I had no idea this location was here! Maybe it’s new? I don’t care I’m thrilled! As someone who takes the ferry a lot this made my day. Everything here is phenomenal and you will be remiss if you don’t stop for a treat before or after your ferry, or just during a stroll around town. I can barely get into their location on Main St because it’s so busy! I’m torn on telling anyone because I want to keep it to myself. Honestly, one of the MUST stops.

Some of the best croissants in the US. Service is fast despite its popularity. Sandwiches are fresh. Good lattes, although I wish they were bigger. Great bakery and the manager is especially nice. My wife is half French and she loves Maison Villatte. Some croissants I recently had in France were not as good as at this place. It’s the real deal. Thanks.

Great French bakery and sandwich shop. Good coffee. The pastries are excellent, as are the sub sandwiches. You won’t regret stopping here. Yum!

Thrilled to have this location in Woods Hole. Their bread is fantastic. The pastries I have tried are incredibly rich, too overwhelmingly rich for me – I’m done after two bites of a croissant. And the prices are insanely high. But still, we’re so lucky to have this branch in Woods Hole, right by the ferry dock. Perfect place to pick up a last minute hostess gift if you’re heading to the vineyard. Just be ready to pay a lot for it.
