What a great little diner, we were undecisive if we wanted a breakfast meal or lunch and I was glad to see that they offered a salad bar. And the waitress told us that a salad bar had fried chicken and Salisbury steak and things of that sort and also desserts included. What a great little place to stay for an overnight trip. We were on a motorcycle expedition and just decided because the reviews were really good. And they stand what an excellent place for a meal. Great food, great place, attentive waiters. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because there’s always room for improvement as perfection isn’t truly attainable. I would recommend to others and will eat there again if I’m in the area.

This was a cute little place. The food was excellent. The gravy was delicious. The bisquits we’re a little tough and didn’t seem homemade. Which is okay just not fabulous. The grits were super good.

I have to say that eating at Pat’s Kountry Diner today was just like coming home. We have been here before on our travels through Lebanon Virginia, and every time it is wonderful. The food is great, the service is friendly and relatively fast depending on the size of the crowd, and you can always tuck in for a really good meal. Today we enjoyed the catfish, biscuits and gravy, fried Green tomatoes, and smothered steak with mushroom gravy, green peppers, and onions. Our family of six ate very well at extremely reasonable prices. Pat’s Kountry Kitchen is the place for you if you’re looking for down home, amazing cookin’. Thank you to Tammy and Amber for amazing service.

We stopped there after hiking on Sunday (7/27/25). They serve breakfast all day and also had a buffet with entrees, salad bar and desserts. I opted for the bacon omelet with home fries and a biscuit. It was packed with bacon and was very good and so were the home fries and biscuit. My wife got the salad bar and my friend got the two egg breakfast. All were decent. If you’re a senior ask if there’s a discount for you.
