This is what they called a “salad.” If you’re thinking maybe there’s more lettuce under there, there’s not. This was $24. It’s definitely not what the salads look like on the menu. They were out of just about everything else. No pita, no hummus, no sauces except tzatziki. I fly through ATL all the time, and I definitely won’t be stopping by here again. I gave it 2-stars, because the food I did get, did taste good.

We stopped at this location in the airport for a healthy salad. When we brought up the menu on the self serve kiosk, we discovered the most items were out of stock or not available. We ended up ordering the Chicken salad shown in one of the pictures above and to our surprise when it was given to us instead of having green leaf lettuce, they gave us shredded lettuce the kind that you put on a hamburger and only a tiny small amount. For $17 that was a complete rip off. It was definitely not enough for what we were paying for it. Not even for airport food. We ended up paying $40 for our two meals. we had to wait a long time for the food to be fixed and then only to discover what they were passing off as green lettuce. It would’ve really helped if they told us up front that they were out of leaf lettuce so we could’ve ordered something else or just go somewhere else.Stay away from this place. Save your money and go to Chick-fil-A instead ($27 for 2 meals).

We ate there before and it was a good meal. Enough so, that we went out of our way to get there today. We were sorely disappointed! They were out of most of the menu, and the only option was salad….with no salad dressing. The chicken was terribly fatty, very limited ingredient options were available, and our salads were a runny, watery, soggy mess. Quality did not match the price we paid, and the employees were careless. Waste of $40.

First, I want to start off by saying this… this is my second time trying out Greek food from the same place. Food was delicious both times within 2 weeks. My only problem is the employee serving my food, Jake. almost feel like there was some sort of racism towards me. Not sure if he didn’t like black people eating foods from his culture or what? First time and second time I had negative experiences from that one employee! First time and second he told me I have a limit on what I can order because they’re about to run out plus he had a negative attitude towards me. This time, there were more customers in the long line. The manager wasn’t helping him with the long line and Jake was just the only team member fixing food. I’ve seen how he treated other customers before in the line. As he gets closer to serving me, I was getting nervous about getting treated differently. This time it was worst. When I ordered a bowl, I was pointing out the things what I wanted and he was standing on the other side of the counter, telling me what I’m going to get in my bowl and won’t let me order what I want to order. His body language and the was he was talking to me so bad, especially infront the manager… I was offended and EMBARRASSED about his energy towards me infront of other customers. I’m never going to be comfortable ordering from that place in concourse D. If I see him at that counter, I will pass unless I get another crewmember, like myself (outside of my race) go there and get it for me instead of showing my face at that counter. I don’t recommend other black crewmembers going there, because I know for sure they will experience the same as me. As much as I would love to eat from that place, I will have to pass it every time.

I started to order, but when I asked the Employee, if the white sauce on the menu was tzatziki sauce, she just kept repeating to me in a monotone, “It’s white sauce, your choice. It’s white sauce, your choice”, and wouldn’t look at me.

Most importantly, There was another woman back there, a manager I believe, dipping her utensil in and out of the fryer, with hair down to the middle of her back with no net or ponytail holder. That was disgusting, but I watched for a while to see if she was touching the food and had almost decided to order until I got the crappy attitude from the woman who was assembling the plates, and thought was just better to go somewhere

Before I did, though, I watched the manager grab her hair and run her hands all the way down it. I thought she was gonna tie it into a knot because she saw me staring at it, but instead she just shook her hands and walked into the back.

Hygiene matters in food service people. Next is attitude

They were in no hurry to make food. I got a plate, which looked nothing like the picture and was missing items. A more pricey restaurant (even for the airport) that I will not eat at again.

So slow my food was cold when they put it in my hand. Took 25 min to get my gyro. In that time they made 3 people’s food. The employees seemed to have little regard for the backlog they were creating and would stop food prep to have conversations with each other. Paid 5 dollars for bottled water that was warm because their refrigerator was broken.

I think only the first time that I picked up a pita it was good. Have been there e more times after that hoping that it would be better the next time, but every time the service sucked. Most of the times they will be out of most of the stuff on menu. This time ordered a chicken plate for $20 and barely got some rice, cabbage and a slice of tomato. When I asked why certain items were missing, they said they were out of stock (after paying for it!).
Done taking my chances hoping for it to get better.
Won’t be coming here again!

Had a falafel plate, and they were fried fresh, so it was crispy and delicious. Paired it with the veggies, and rice and feta cheese was a great combo. They were out of sauces but meh didn’t matter. Will definitely come back here again for a fulfilling meal at the atl airport.

Slow. Glacial.

Extremely slow. Do not order here if you have a connection within an hour.

Everyone working is in slow motion, with 10+ people waiting for orders.

Even if the food is fantastic, it’s not worth the wait.
