Service and food were both fantastic. Nice atmosphere. The hummus was top notch. Zucchini pancakes were amazing. Mediterranean eggs did not disappoint. Lots of fruit with the Nutella pancakes, very yummy. Turkey Ham croissant was flavorful and the fries were great, very large portion on this one.

Best food I’ve had in Boston. this hidden gem is cute & cozy with a nice ambiance. we ordered the cauliflower, fried zucchini, chicken & lamb chops. our waitress was lovely & was really accommodating with my nut allergy. the food presentation was beautiful & the taste even better. bonus that this place is BYOB! will definitely be back.

We loved every delicious minute and sip and bite at Mood Restaurant and Cafe. Everything on the menu is outstanding,the pistachio latte is divine, but you must order the Mascarpone Pancakes… they are light, fluffy, and an extraordinary taste bud experience. This was a spontaneous brunch stop, and let me just say; the food was superb! Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared.However, the service left a bit to be desired. From waiting to be seated (even though the restaurant wasn’t busy) to delays in taking our order and bringing cutlery, everything just took longer than it should have.
It would’ve easily been a 5-star experience if the service matched the quality of the food!

Everything was delicious to the drinks and the food. I say it’s worth making a stop here and giving it a shot, our waitress was kind. We had the hummus bowl and the Lamb Kofta Shish Kebab that we shared. It was more than enough to keep full and satisfied and will be coming back to try their breakfast menu.

Came here on a whim and ordered the pistachio latte and mascarpone pancakes.
The latte was what you expect, yummy and nutty. Appreciated the rim dipped in Nutella and lined with pistachio.
The pancakes were exceptional. They were reminiscent of the Japanese fluffy pancakes but not to that extent. I personally dont like my sweets to be overly sweet and this was it!
The location is tucked away on the busy historical street in Boston. I loved being seated near the window and people watching.
The staff was friendly and attentive. Couldn’t ask for more.

Mood was an incredible, delectable dining experience, from beginning to end. The food was so flavorful and delicious- I was in heaven. I cannot recall the last time I was this pleased and satisfied with a restaurant. Our server was fantastic as well- informative and very good humored. She made me feel at home. If you love MiddleEastern food, you must try this diamond of a restaurant. It alone is worth the trip to the city (we traveled from southern New Hampshire.)

The food was spectacular! I ordered the grilled octopus and the cardamom latte for lunch, and I would definitely recommend both. Although the grilled octopus is listed as an appetizer, I ordered it as an entrée and it was VERY satiating and satisfying. My boyfriend ordered the lamb kabobs with pita, and I tasted some of his — the lamb was seasoned perfectly and packed with flavor. Our waitress, Maryam, provided excellent service and recommended several delicious options. She was also very friendly and conversational. I’ve already recommended this place to one of my good friends, and my boyfriend and I have already talked about coming back to try the grilled octopus again! The prices aren’t too expensive either for the quality of the food.

So many good things to say.
Food is super fresh with balanced flavors. Everything we had, we loved. The Greek fries were the highlight with a puff to each potato slice.
Service is attentive without being intrusive.
The atmosphere is like being in a European bistro with attention to all details including the service station with stacks of beautiful plates.
Clean as could be in every corner too.
