College reunion with a bunch of friends and our wife’s. Everything was delicious and homemade. Not pictured is our appetizers. Homemade mozzarella sticks “mootz” stocked antipasto salad with everything on it, and not to forget a dozen of oysters. Which were delicious but not shucked off the shell just an fyi. Most everyone ordered pasta except one dish that was a salmon and lobster combo. This place did not disappoint, portions were HUGE and service was excellent. 10/10

Stellar evening even though our reservations were for the bar and it was not the best seating due to being by the kitchen door. The food was delicious, well presented, and plentiful. The cocktails were smooth and prepared right in front of you. For the exceptional quality food you need a table the bar became a crowded scene while we were trying to enjoy our dinner.

One of my favorite restaurants of all time! I love their chicken parm and eggplant chips. Their red sauce is my favorite locally. I have been many times and will keep going back! I also love the atmosphere. It’s lovely and fun inside and the outdoor eating section is great in warmer months. Atmosphere reminds me of a classic nyc restaurant and even the bathrooms have a vibe. My husband and I often come for our birthdays. Long live Solevo!

From the warm greeting by the hostess to the attentive, knowledgeable server and the gracious owner, every interaction was impeccable. The food was nothing short of spectacular. The salad special, a creative take on an Italian sandwich, was fresh and flavorful. The gnocchi in Madeira sauce was perfectly balanced, and the halibut special was a true chef’s masterpiece. Every dish was a hit. Whether you book a reservation or try your luck for a walk-in, Solevo is worth it!”

It’s a great dinning experience at the Solevo. The portions are generous, and the staffs are friendly and accommodating.
One of the best lasagna I had in a while! The oyster Rockefeller was just ok. Overall a good Italian meal. Definitely be back to explore more dishes. The chicken scrap was delicious with crispy skin and heavy on spices.
Street parking and lots too. Would definitely recommend to make reservations.

Amazing place – deserves the hype. Nice atmosphere, very Saratoga themed and amazing staff who are both very friendly and very helpful. Best chicken parm I’ve had. Their most popular app is the eggplant chips. It’s salty and sweet because it has spicy honey and isn’t battered because it doesn’t need to be – they’re so crispy and not too oily. Can be hard to get a reservation but throughout the day they become available 🙂

I’ve been to Solevo Kitchen twice now, and both experiences were amazing. The food is excellent and the service is great. I’ve had the chicken parm, veal chop parm, calamari, and the bolognese pasta, and every dish was phenomenal. For dessert, the olive oil cake is a must. Overall, it’s been a great experience each time. I definitely recommend making a reservation in advance, as they do get booked up. Highly recommend!

Delicious food, great atmosphere. Staff knew everything about all the specials and was extremely attentive and knowledgable. Their dessert was fantastic too. We had their franceese and a couple of their specials, also had their affagato and some cake. Incredible evening, highly recommend!

We have been going to Solevo several times per month, weekly during track season, for 5 years, and it’s always a 5-star experience. The food, cocktails, people/service, and atmosphere are all top notch. The homemade pasta, the daily specials, and homemade desserts are always a highlight. Their seperate vegan and gluten free menus are thoughtful and comprehensive, allowing people with dietary restrictions to have a variety of choices.
