Ok…. this was a total bust. At 7 pm they said can’t do any chicken sandwichs because they were all frozen… wtc… frozen ? Everything we tried to order the come back was its going to be a while…. ok…. no one was allowed inside the restaurant so it was not busy. Only truck inline for drive thru window. 30 minutes later we got 4 chicken fingers , 1 biscuit, and 1 fry. Seriously? Someone in charge needs to retink their business plan as it’s not working at all for you.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! Pot pie was so hard and burnt, few carrots, no peas, and barely any chicken in it . Ordered online and they charged me for hot wings only to tell me they don’t sell hot wings in the establishment so I’m tryin to get a partial refund and don’t get me started on the ants in my bag that we’re after my cookie that was included with my pot pie meal. WORST KFC I’VE EVER BEEN TO & WON’T WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN. ANY OTHERS I VISITED HAD THEIR ORDERS FRESH, HOT & DELICIOUS.

This KFC location has had it’s ups and downs, but that’s life. They went from being one of the best to just pitiful. I will say the app needs work. I’ve only used it once. It told me my order was ready. Drove into town and they knew nothing about my order. So I hope someone somewhere is working on that. But I’ll never use it again. As for this location, thank goodness they are finally getting better again. Good help is hard to find in this town. So KFC, when you get a good employee in here, please do the right thing, take care of them & they’ll take care of you.

Waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich and some fries, only other person there was a man who came inside demanding his food after waiting at the end of the drive thru for 20 minutes. The girls literally could not have moved slower. Pathetic.

Waiting 25 minutes for chicken bites is INSANE! Will NEVER STOP AGAIN. After waiting 25 minutes ALL our food was COLD. Will be contacting management and request a FULL REFUND!

We ordered online thinking that the lobby was open till 9:00 p.m. as we stated on the website. When we got there, even though it said the lobby was open till 9:00 p.m. they already had it closed an hour and 10 minutes early. When we ask it to drive through but they said it was because they were short-staffed, but it was a holiday and I have a feeling they just wanted to go home early. Very dissatisfied. I will probably never go to this KFC ever again.

Save your time and please go somewhere else.

This location, while newly remodeled has been a consistent disappointment. The restaurant is filthy with flies everywhere and greasy floors.

The staff are incredibly rude and could not care less about your food or you.

The food is consistently bad, my past two trips have been consistently disappointing.

Many other options in town, go elsewhere.

This is the first KFC that has it going on from the service to the clinic of the restaurant and the fresh chicken. We are very pleased. We live in Little Rock and they are an example of what a restaurant should look like. The biscuits for the first time are soft and very buttery.
