Marcos is easily the best franchise type of pizza around. Definitely better than Jets, Hungry Howies, Papa John’s, Dominos, Pizza Hut or Little Ceasars. You’ll most likely have to find a mom and pop place or or drive to Chicago, Detroit or NY to find something better.

Horrible experience. Been to this location multiple times, come here once a week at least but I tell you I won’t be back. They completely destroyed my pizza and I cannot eat it as there is STANDING WATER in the entire middle. Called the store to speak with someone and was told to kick rocks. Glad to see their true side. Almost $20 down the drain. Horrible customer service.

I love the food. Sandwiches and pizza… Not sure if I’ll order again… I ordered 3 Philly cheese steak sandwiches and they were almost black where they were OVER toasted! It’s really a shame! I normally order at least every other week! Definitely disappointed in that order!

Marco’s is the best pizza place here in Smyrna. I’m always blown away by how fresh their pizza tastes no matter the time of day. Today when I went in I was greeted by Josh and Stephanie, they made my experience absolutely wonderful and the level of customer service was so high I felt like we were all old friends. I have ordered from here multiple times and I love their cauliflower crust pizza. However, I say light cheese every time I order and they ALWAYS put extra cheese and no sauce. And I am sensitive to dairy so I try to make it light, and I end up not eating it. I just ordered it tonight and same thing. I’m so disappointed, and convinced they just don’t like me.

We typically order from Marcos often, but the last few experiences have been horrible and tonight they lost a customer forever. It took 20 minutes past the quoted time for my food to be ready. Instead of apologizing for the wait, I was asked to just pull back around, NO! Then the pizza I received tonight was incorrectly made, barely had any pizza sauce, and when I called, the manager Stephanie Brown was not helpful at all and very dismissive. Again, no apology or anything that indicated proper customer service. No corporate contact to follow up about this. So I’m returning this horrible and disgusting pizza and getting a refund and won’t be returning because the customer service is far from great!

This Marco’s cranks out some of the freshest pies I’ve had from the chain. Maybe it’s the steady stream of hungry folks from the Nissan plant across the street, but the ingredients always taste like they haven’t been sitting around. The pizzas come out hot, fresh, and exactly how you want them.
They’re quick, they’re consistent, and they always have some kind of special running that makes lunch or dinner an easy win. Nothing fancy, just solid pizza done right.

5/24/24, at 3:13 pm smyrna tn, location.order 127, 3 pizzas were ordered and some wings. upon delivery the driver had already put the pizzas directly in front of our door .. with the wings on top.. because of that issue, i slowly opened the door, which only moved the wings on top.. I waved at the driver. she left. I went in and opened the boxes. the wings were fine, but all three boxes of pizza were tossled and thrown apart, smushed and deformed in all boxes. 3:27 pm 5/24/24, Called the store and asked for the manager. I told her about the issue and she deflected, immediately saying that her driver said that she delivered it to my relative in good condition. I don’t know what she was referring to. I didn’t even answer the door. I waited till the driver left, so there may be another customer out there with deformed pizza also. I asked her what relative. I then asked if she knew what customer i was calling in relation to. She said yes, she had my order on screen in front of her. I asked who the person was or the phone number to confirm that she was sure who’s order she was looking at, and she refused to confirm. Just kept saying that she had my order in front of her. I then said my name Terry, and she said yes , Terry. Only because i had given her that information. I told her that i thought that the condition of the product was unacceptable. She said that she could only give a 5 dollar discount. When i asked for a corporate number, she said that she did not know. She refused to answer any of my questions. She refused to give me her first name at least. I have ordered from Marcos on many occasions and this is the first time that i have ever received this kind of terrible service and this is my first complaint as it was that bad. This food is about unable to even be eaten its tossed over so terribly. one is all stuck together. The other two, (pics below) were worse than that but i had to straighten them out. I understand that its important for you all to protect your employees ,but I have pictures of the food and the delivery person on my outdoor cameras to confirm my story. I am trying to email corporate but it seems to be a bit of a daunting task on the website to find the best route of communication and seeing as the store does not support the customer. We spent a bit of money on this food, gave a tip, when ordered and it is only right that this be corrected. We are well aware that it likely wont be, but at least people will know what they could expect now. and young lady manager or pretend manager. your rudeness was refreshing.
