We ordered pizza and chicken wings from this place through DoorDash after it was recommended by a local. Honestly, the pizza was just okay nothing special. The Buffalo wings were dry, and the garlic parmesan wings lacked flavor. Although the wings were a good size and cooked well, the sauces didn’t hit the mark, which made the overall experience disappointing. Since we ordered through DoorDash, we can’t comment on the service or the ambiance.

Wow! I thought the half way inn was the best wings in the area until I had wings at the 3rd base! Our minds are blown! It’s more of a cozy friendly dive bar without a nice view like halfway inn, but the halfway in wings, fries, and staff don’t hold a candle to 3rd base! The wait staff and management at 3rd base are what make it a Cheers type vibe.
Don’t sleep on it or be fooled by the unassuming outside. The place is dated, but very clean, fast, super welcoming, exceptional at what they do, a well oiled machine, and delicious! My mouth is watering and I can smell the wings and Cajun fries vividly in my memory while I write this. I’m kicking myself for driving by without trying them for forever. I’m addicted now!

Service was amazing, food was piping hot, and pricing was beyond fair. Billy was working the bar, several people working the kitchen, place is a perfect local joint that was very welcoming and friendly. Wing night after 7pm the first couple nights of the week and they’re legit. I eat a lot of chicken wings and these were wonderful. Almost too many flavors to pick from and then the rest of the menu is massive too. I spied on some pizza, flatbreads, and burgers and no one was short on their portions. Everything was fresh, fast, and legit. I haven’t stayed in olean on my way home before but it’s halfway and this will be my go to every time.

Ordered “20 Buffalo garlic parm wings extra sauced”. Got 2 orders of wings 10 Buffalo wings, 10 garlic/parm and they’re dry as can be. I wouldn’t have bothered writing this review but this is the third time in the last year my order has been wrong. Only reason they got three stars is the wings are decent.

Very friendly manager. The food was piping hot!! Great sweet potato fries and great wings. The pizza was just so so and seemed like it could have been cooked a little more. This is a very busy and popular place that’s been here for decades. Just a little neighborhood corner pub.

Wings here were incredible! Better than in Buffalo! If I didn’t live a thousand miles away I would eat here weekly. Prices were good on a Thursday, too. Hat tip to the bartender who provided excellent service and made my 9-year-old’s day by giving him a $5 bill “from the tooth fairy” when he was eating a wing and lost a tooth.

Food is amazing but the customer service is horrible… especially with to go customers. Pay extra to have wings grilled, not a chance. Pick and guess what wing flavor is in what box??? Nothing marked. All you get is an “Oh, I’m sorry”. Not the first time this and other food prep issues have just been blown off.

Delicious wings! Some of the best I’ve had in Western NY. They were perfectly crispy. Only downfall was I ordered on a Sunday evening and they weren’t ready until ~15 minutes after they said they would be done so keep that in mind if ordering on busy nights.
