This store isn’t the greatest. I give most locations five stars, but I just can’t do that with this store.Because the wait times are long and I got the wrong drink and it took me thirty one minutes on friday after I had initially placed my order before they put the correct drink into my hand. Actually, 4 stars is more than they deserve. MY NAME IS NOT LIZ and I wouldn’t want to be her if she drinks decaf.

It was oddly difficult to find the paper sleeve for hot cups.

You can tell the staff is very busy and there isn’t enough attention to customers inside, since they’re also serving the drive-thru.

Terrible drinks ( have tried it multiple times and always leave dissatisfied)

Edit:
You can ask them to remake it but it comes out worse the 2nd time and it is always accompanied with attitude. This location is not good. They made a mistake with my drink and used the same drink and tried to make it like the original.It tasted looks over priced blended milk and no coffee.

This Starbucks staff is always incredible. My orders are always made quickly and accurately. The atmosphere is wonderful and the baristas care about their customers’ experiences.

Mitch was attentive, funny, friendly, and hard working. They made my experience significantly more enjoyable by suggesting I pair my drink with an egg white sandwich.

I did notice some flies near the pastries but I was delighted to learn that they do not serve the pastries in the case!

Overall my experience was phenomenal and I will be returning for some drinks and sammiches soon!

LOVE the remodel inside. The staff is so friendly! Only gripe I have is with the location, the drive thru is a car’s nightmare and a curbed wheels paradise. Be careful y’all, it’s tight.

One cappuccino order and it took over 15 minutes. This must be the slowest SB in the area.
And they got my order wrong. Dry cappuccino is not a cup full of milk.

I’ve been to Starbucks stores all across the country and this one is, hands down, the best one. The staff is consistently nice, you are always greeted / acknowledged when you come in the store and the order is always right. Kudos to the staff and the management. This store is really well run. One note: the drive thru is a bit off a challenge just because of where the store is placed and how popular it is. That said, the line seems to move along at a good pace since the store is so well staffed.
