This was my fourth try with this Starbucks location and it’s still terrible. I’ve been here 4 times, and 3 out of the 4 they have served me terrible coffee.

Every time I order a matcha here. It’s all foam. It’s only at this Starbucks location. I think the employees need to fine a way to make the matcha differently. This is terrible.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, I prefer to give employees the benefit of the doubt and just assume that maybe they’re having a bad day.

There were about 10 of us in line for the Bear cup before opening this morning. I called last night to confirm the store would have the cups and the person I spoke with said they would only have a couple and recommended getting there early before they sell out. One woman in the front of the line mentioned she saw the barista grab the only ones she could see and bring them to the back right when she got there. We all joked in line that if the baristas bought them we hoped they would just let us know so we didn’t continue waiting.

5am comes and they open the doors. No bear cups left. When one woman asked about the ones the barista grabbed, her response was “I’m here at 3am every day and you’re here at 4:30 once.” That exact comment is what compelled me to write this review. I understand that the baristas work hard at what they do and it is difficult to make that choice to work someplace that has such an early schedule. However, I’m a firm believer that you should not work in customer service if you cannot give good customer service.

I really hope that barista enjoys the Bear cups and that it was worth it to speak so rudely to the customers that waited in line in hopes of also getting one.

My wife and in-laws showed up before opening to buy the Bear cup. There was a line of customers who all got up early and were waiting politely. While they stood there, my wife saw a barista take what looked like the only cups and carry them to the back.

When the doors opened, customers were told there were no cups available. My wife asked about the cups she had just seen, and the barista pretended to look around like they had no idea what she was talking about. Then they followed it up with, “I am here at three in the morning every day and you are here at four thirty once.”

Working early does not give an employee the right to hide merchandise from customers and then act annoyed when someone asks about it. Being scheduled during a product release does not make you entitled to take limited items for yourself.

The whole interaction was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customers were treated like an inconvenience for simply asking about a product the store advertised. It should not be that hard to give a respectful and honest answer about receiving a cup that my wife crazily showed up at 3:30 AM.

I would give this Starbucks a 5 however, we went to get the bear cup waited in line from 3:30 am and a worker Mari came at 4:30 to start her shift and we saw her take the two cups they had. She could’ve had the courtesy to tell everyone in line they weren’t going to have anymore. When we asked her about it at 5 when they opened the door and her reasoning was “ I’m here everyday at 3 and you were here one day, I deserve these.” I said, you were here at 4:30, she said okay, well today wasn’t. The manager Crystal (wasn’t wearing name tag, had to ask her name) said we didn’t know you guys were in line for the bear cups and that Mari bought them already when Starbucks wasn’t even opened, I was first in line so I saw the whole thing. When told we wanted to talk to manager Mari said I can’t wait for these calls to come through. I walked away to go to the bathroom and when I came out she was talking about us, very unprofessional and when we made eye contact she said I can’t wait to hear from you. Also, I saw her using the same tongs with 3 different kind of teas mixing them. Cross contamination. I also know that complaining on here Mari won’t care and I won’t get the cup but the fact she was very rude after we asked about the cups is crazy!

The opener employee and manager acted very unprofessional and rude about the new holiday merch. My family was waiting since 3:30 am to get the Bear jar and the opener took the only 2 bears when they came in at 4:30 am. At 5 am when the store opened, my family asked if there was any more or if they can purchase the 2 that the employee took. The managers response was that it was first come first serve and my family said if that’s the case they should’ve been able to get them. The employee said that she deserved them, because she gets to work at 3 am 5 times a week and my family was only there for one day. Then the employee proceeded to say that my family should have the day they deserve. The manager Crystal didn’t even try to help. While one of my daughters was in the restroom she heard the two workers complaining about the whole issue and was using hand motions to mimic them talking. Overall, the team was very unprofessional and we won’t be going back.

I love this branch. The baristas are always welcoming and do an amazing job with both the drinks and the food. The store is clean too.

Food (egg and gouda sandwich) and drink (hot chocolate) were good. However, when paying at the drive-up window the staff person deliberately moved the card reader as I was pushing the tip amount so that I ended up paying the maximum amount. Sneaky.

Got there an hour early to wait for some bear mug thing and the girl took the only two off the shelf. When the store opened the people in front of me called the girl and the shift lead out about how it’s unfair they got them both and at least could have told us that they wouldn’t have any. The manager replied with a snarky “well I don’t know what you’re waiting for” overall the workers were super rude and made for a bad experience

Was trying to get two drinks through the drive through, it took 20 minutes and the baristas looked at our order 4 times and kept getting it wrong somehow. Ended up paying twice and refusing lemonade 3 separate times anll told. Our order was still wrong.
