We partnered with North Arrow Coffee at our recent Fundraiser Dinner with over 100 guests, and they were outstanding. Rob and his team went above and beyond with thoughtful, detail-oriented preparation that made a huge difference in our event. They were always one step ahead, which took so much stress off our coordinating team—we knew everything was in excellent hands.
The coffee was absolutely delicious and on a short timeline to over 100 people. The team was kind, professional, and flexible—even accommodating our specific parking preferences and ready to adjust quickly depending on the weather. On top of that, their new cart looked beautiful and added to the overall atmosphere of the evening.
We couldn’t have asked for a better partner. Highly recommend North Arrow Coffee for any event!

Hands down the best coffee in Franklin. The medium roast was incredible—smooth, balanced, and really well done. The owner was extra friendly, and when he found out I’m originally from Temecula, CA, he surprised me with a bag of their coffee beans that were actually roasted in Temecula. Such a cool and thoughtful connection.

Rob and his coffee are best of the best! Apart from being a wonderful human, Rob serves up excellent coffee. I’ve ordered beans from his website before, and he has done a custom coffee cart two years in a row and my real estate client’s big annual event Breakfast With Santa. This man literally turned out 500 coffee drinks in three hours. Our guests absolutely loved it, and he does such a great job. I’ve also enjoyed his coffee at various events with Hope Clinic around Nashville. Superb coffee & lattes along with an incredible cause. What is not to like? I will continue to support this business as long as they are around! Highly recommend.

We visited North Arrow Coffee Company trailer (super cute and conveniently located) after the Dickens Festival and ordered two chai lattes. The staff asked about our milk preference and let us know it would take about 5 minutes. They also inquired if we wanted any syrups, which seemed promising.
After waiting the stated 5 minutes, we were handed two cups of chai tea—not chai lattes. When I clarified that we had ordered lattes and asked for milk, the staff apologized and poured a little milk in our teas but didn’t offer to remake the drinks.
The chai tea itself was good, but it wasn’t what we ordered and definitely not worth the price for a latte substitute. Very disappointing especially after reading all the stellar reviews.
I hope this was just an off day, but I’m hesitant to return for something as simple as a chai latte.

The most amazing coffee, tea and assortment of food, served up by Rob and his incredible family… One of our favorite places to go for morning coffee. The Saturday farmers market is great as well. A definite must try!!! ❤️

I absolutely love north arrow. I stop by the truck whenever I can for my favorite bourbon latte, sweet treat from Coco or I order my home coffee in 5lbs bags to never be without! The coffee great as is the people, Rob and Coco who are truly the kindest and the people they help through their business is what I love most!

This coffee is delicious!! Whether you get their beans sent to your home or if you are close enough to visit their mobile cart we recommend you do!! We have the monthly subscription and have absolutely enjoyed every bag we have received. My husband and I also were able to visit their mobile cafe today in Franklin and we were so happy we made it. Rob is great! We had a good conversation and some delicious drinks. We will definitely be back.
