I placed an online carry out order around 9:30 pm. When I showed up I was the only customer in the store. There were 2 employees on shift. Although I was standing in front of them in plain view, they just kept on dicking around with their cell phones instead of attending to me.
After about 5 minutes one of them came to help me (while still messing with his phone). Turns out that my order was ready and waiting the whole time. It was just sitting there getting cold. They seem to think their phones are more important than taking care of a customer.

This particular Wingstop location was fairly fast (it wasn’t busy around 2pm on a saturday) however there is much to be desired regarding the quality of service. I ordered a 8 piece combo for around $12 and only got 7 wings. While I did not complain there, I decided to take off a few stars for getting my order wrong seeing this wasn’t the first time this had occurred at this location. Only positive things I could recommend are the fries and the fact they have a Coca Cola freestyle serving machine. My server was nice however the person who served my friend sounded very impatient and rude. I appreciate the quickness in getting my order out but due to getting my order wrong, I probably won’t be returning for a while.

The food is good but the hiring manager should really reconsider who they hire. Some of the women that work at this location always have very nasty attitudes when calling as if you are disrupting them trying to call in an order. Working any job knowing how to speak to others is number one. Being rude or irritated is unacceptable just because you are having a bad day or busy.

BUT we paid 5+ extra dollars for a large ranch and 2 smalls, and NONE made it in the bag. It’s happened multiple times and a huge reason why people love wingstop is the ranch. Every freaking container should have a ranch. Why would you want wings with no ranch.

The wings themselves are a 5 star rating but the service is really low. The staff means well but aren’t helpful or considerate of the customers needs. Many items missed on my orders – and you’ll need to ask multiple times for any silverware, ketchup, etc. There are no trash cans in the restaurant itself.

Look, I love Wingstop. But everyone here is rude, have earbuds in, and are constantly on their phones. To make matters worse the guy in the back tossing the wings is puffing away on his vape pen in plainview of the customers! Next time Im wanting wings Ill drive across town to BWs.

Bartender/Never was rude and only interacted with her regulars. Wings tasted good, but were overcooked. Most of the Servers looked like they were just going through the motions, not smiling, just working and not happy about it.

When we 1st entered the store Wingstop #320 Prince St STE 1 Conway Ar we were greeted we such HIGH ENERGY definitely a vibe we opted to stay and eat. They got real busy that crew never broke a sweat same energy food was made to order fresh, hot in a timely matter. We wanted to clean our table and get rid of the trash so a table would be clear and ready for the next customer they said O now just leave it we will take care of that for you. It is not in our nature so we still gather it together they came right out cleared and sanitize the table. For a young crew they were on it and it made the atmosphere so pleasant we wanted to come back and we did days later the next crew different ppl they had the same energy…. KUDOS YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN job well done!!!

I made an order at 11 and it said it would be 20 mins. I get there at 11:25 they were rude when I went in and said my order was NOT ready. Which is fine I sit in my car for another 10. I see the cook licking his fingers and making the food. go back in to get the food and some lady with black hair and an eyebrow piercing was RUDE again. They give me the bag I check it no ranch so I ask for some more (I paid for two) she acted like I was putting her out. Then I get home and there’s 7 wings. I paid $20 for the meal for two. 20 wings and side of fries. I had 7 wings and a side of fries. I tried to call and I got HUNG UP ON. This is ridiculous I do NOT recommend going there. AT ALL
