The South Shore’s newest Dining -& Event Venue-
Nestled in the heart of Wareham’s historic district, Warren’s Harborview offers breathtaking views of the town’s iconic river narrows, bustling harbors, vibrant foliage, and landmarks such as Besse Park and the Narrows Bridge.
Our newly constructed event venue and restaurant beautifully reflects the exposed timber frame architecture of the 18th-century building that once stood on this very site. Steeped in history, this location played a pivotal role in the nail-making and shipbuilding industries, which were essential in supporting America during the War of 1812. In fact, it was this significance that led the British Royal Navy to launch an attack here via the S.S. Nimrod on June 13, 1814.

We enjoyed lunch here. The views are stunning, the food and service was top notch, and the building itself is beautiful. Great atmosphere! Our waitress, Olivia, was fantastic. We tried both the Plymouth turkey sandwich and the prime rib sandwich; both portions were plentiful and the food was flavorful and delicious. We also had the gluten free lava cake for dessert; it was decadent and perfect for a chocolate lover! Looking forward to returning.

Came here for my dad‘s birthday tonight. We’ve been twice before and it gets better every time.I had the stuffed shrimp Mozambique special and it was excellent. Great ambience for the holidays between the decorations and music. We had a large group with two young kids, and the staff were very accommodating.

Great food, excellent service and nice atmosphere. Olivia was our waitress and she did a fantastic job waiting on us. All the front of the house staff were nice and friendly. The back of the house has an exceptional chef leading the team. All of our dishes were cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection. We had the chateaubriand with grilled asparagus and fingerling potatoes. Great night with an added bonus of the live band. Great night, thank you Warren’s Harborview.

This was all around a great experience. My daughter and I arrived just before 5pm on a Friday and were promptly seated at a table next to a window overlooking the water. Our waitress Olivia came over and took our drink order-Shipyard Pumpkin-which were brought to us within a few minutes. We took our time with the menu having a hard time deciding as there were some great options on the regular and special menu. We opted for the Bosc pear salad with whipped blue cheese and candied pecans and were not disappointed! It was so fresh and I was told the micro greens on top were from a farm in New Bedford. For dinner I went on the lighter side with their turkey wrap-real roasted turkey (not deli meat) with Brie and cranberry mayo. The wrap was very light but held together to the very last bite. Such great flavor combination. My daughter got the stuffed haddock which was beautifully plated. The fish was cooked perfectly and stuffed with a flavorful seafood stuffing alongside mashed potatoes and butternut squash which was cooked nicely in small cubes instead of just mashed adding nice flavor and texture to the dish. I was hoping to share a dessert but my daughter was too full. We did opt to take a slice of pistachio cake home-I took a bite and it was so light and tasty-not a heavy dessert but a perfect ending. I cannot wait to come back and try their brunch and again to try some other dinner options. Our service from Olivia was completely on point, she was friendly, attentive and timed the delivery between our appetizer and dinners just right.

First I must say our waitress Nicole provided outstanding and friendly service! We got our order in quickly and food came within 10 min. When we were done our plates were taken care of immediately. She is the best! As far as the food it was perfect. We got the stuffed haddock and the presentation was excellent and everything was seasoned perfectly. The view is also excellent and the restaurant is clean.

Just an average place. Don’t know if we would return or not. I had the prime rib and it was the most unusual prime rib I’ve ever had. It was sliced very thin and I like it rare and half of it was rare but that half was very very fatty and then the other half was very well done and I really don’t like well done so did not eat that part at all and really had to cut around the fat on the rare part so didn’t get much prime rib. The eggs benedict wasn’t that great either. I’m not sure what type of protein was under the egg but it was fatty and the Egg itself was not well cooked, the white was a little too runny for my taste. The shrimp cocktail was good. There were seven of us and three of us ordered cocktails. The waitress didn’t seem to know that much about the cocktail selection. When we asked her if the bartender could make certain types of drinks she didn’t know but she came back a bit later and said yes he could, upon receiving our drinks it was clear that he could not. I got a bloody Mary and there was absolutely no alcohol in it. I could not taste any alcohol whatsoever. The other two drinks that we ordered did not taste anything like what they were supposed to taste like so obviously the bartender really didn’t know how to make the drinks and besides that neither one of those drinks had any alcohol in them. The place does have a beautiful atmosphere and it was clean.
UPDATE…. Went back this past week for dinner. We were a party of seven and we’re going there to celebrate a birthday. We had reservations for 6:00 and receded right away. This place is huge and there were only two other parties at two other tables in the whole entire building and it was very strange because they sent us right next to another large party of people they were probably six or seven in their party and we were sitting so close to them that we could barely live our chairs in and out to sit down or to get up and go to the restroom. I am very confused as to why they couldn’t just separate us the two groups by one table when the entire place was empty. It was a little uncomfortable sitting that close to another large group of people when the entire place was empty. Was definitely a little weird. Anyhow I feel like the food was better than it was at the buffet that we ate at once before. I got the stuffed shrimp Mozambique it said it was a seafood stuffing, don’t really know what it was it wasn’t bad but I didn’t see any type of seafood in it. The Mozambique was pretty good but could have had a little more flavoring but it was good. The Caesar salad was good. And we actually had lots of different meals but to tell you the truth I don’t really remember what everybody else ordered except nobody complained so I guess everyone’s meals was okay. I am posting some pictures of what we had. I think my only other complaint was after the meal when she asked about desserts and coffees I asked for an Irish coffee with Bailey’s and I would like Kahlua added also. I went to the ladies room and when I came back there was a cup of coffee on the table in front of me with a shot of Baileys Irish Cream sitting next to it. I was very confused. When I saw the waitress I said to her I’m not understanding what this is this is a cup of coffee with a shot of Bailey’s next to it. She didn’t ask me if I wanted her to bring me Kahlua and I was like no it’s fine just leave this here it’s okay. I put the Bailey’s in my coffee and drank it. I’m not exactly sure if she missed something up or if the bartender doesn’t know how to make a coffee like this but I’ve never had anything like this happen to me before.

I recently celebrated my birthday lunch with a great friend here. We lucked out and had an opportunity to taste test this new spirit that the distributor was presenting to the owner, we loved it! I hope it’s on the menu next time we go.

We came down on a Saturday afternoon by boat and got seated right away as a group of 5. Shannon was the best with great menu recommendations and a fun and energetic attitude. We had mussels and calamari and just about one of every drink on the menu (with Shannon’s perfect recommendations you can’t go wrong but we highly recommended and the waterfront rum runner and the sea urchin).
