If you ever have a chance to order a cake or buy some delicious vegan goodies from Katie, do it. She’s our absolute favorite baker, our son always asks for her, and he now wants to order “a ton of fondant” from her as he would love to eat just that sometimes too (“but only her fondant, Mom” ). Her baked goods are fantastic and have excellent flavor profiles. We are so thankful that she decided to do this and that she allows us to enjoy her creations.

Lovely cakes and pasties with an artistic floral flair to them. She made a beautiful vegan carrot cake for my wedding that has rustic, yet elegant look I wanted.

Katie made the cakes for our wedding and did an absolutely phenomenal job!! She is so incredibly kind and fun to work with, offers her own ideas and expertise to fit what you’re wanting, and added beautiful little details. And of course the cakes are delicious!! My husband and I are both vegan and live in Arizona so my parents went to a cake tasting for us, and they are not vegan, and just raved about how good the cakes were. They couldn’t decide so we ended up having both a cookies & cream cake and cheesecake. They were just stunning, my only regret is that I didn’t eat more of them!!

My inspiration picture was just a plain white heart shaped cake, but Katie suggested adding the blue details and I could not be happier with how it turned out. The cake tasted amazing, you couldn’t tell it was vegan and gluten free!

Katie made our wedding cake and I was amazed throughout the entire experience. She put so much thought into the design, flavor profile, and creating a fun and unique tasting experience. Our cake was beautiful and so many of our guests complimented us on it. I’m usually not a huge cake fan but her cakes are on another level. I’m also not vegan but her cake blew every other cake out of the water. We’ll definitely return for future events and anniversaries and highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding or special event cake.
